Isn't it funny that players let go by other teams for making bonehead plays get picked up by the Ravens and immediately make the same bonehead plays here? What did you expect from Asa Jackson? This is why we cut him in the first place and why he was immediately cut by the team that picked him up? What did you expect from Ross? His former team let him go because he fumbles.

Why is Kendrick Lewis still starting? This season is over, so take a look at someone else. With two hands that can catch.

It was a shock when Marlon Brown made the team as an undrafted rookie. He was undrafted for a reason. His first year was an anomaly. Since then, he shown why he wasn't drafted. Glad Givens is here.

The obvious difference between the Rice and Hardy cases comes down to this question -- can the player, no matter what he did, still help a marquee team win? If he can, like Hardy, he plays. If he can't, like Rice, he's unemployed. Right and wrong does not enter the equation.

Who wins the MDP (Most Disappointing Player)? That's where the competition really is. It's easy to choose Perriman, but he has an excuse since he's injured. I'd say it's a tight race between Jimmie Smith, Kyle Arrington, and Kendrick Lewis. I'll give it to Lewis. Can't remember a single play he's made all year.

With SSS, Ravens are 2-6. Without him, they're going 8-0? Yeah,and John Lennon and George Harrison just rose from the grave and the Beatles are reuniting.

I think Suggs is going to be a bust. He hasn't played a single down since tearing his Achilles.

Despite the lack of a consistent #2 receiver, the offense has been pretty good this year. It's the defense (or lack thereof) that has killed us. How many ints does "ballhawk" Kendrick Lewis have? Ummm, that would be 0.

Why do we think we'll get better by signing an over-the-hill receiver that nobody else wants? Let Givens and Ross show what they can do. We have nothing to lose at this point, so use the time to evaluate up-and-comers, not down-and-outers.
