Agreed, the fact that Gruden was openly questioning every call as a national announcer shows the ridiculousness of the calls. And even though Flacco threw that game ending pick, the game should never have been decided by that. Either we win big, or we just need a field goal (if you let the refs get away with half their ridiculous calls). Regardless, the NFL should have downgraded that ref team mid-game.

Harbs, you don't have to fire Dean Pees. Just don't let him have anything to do with our defense.

Pees is the Cam Cameron of our defense. Harbs is too friendly to him and has kept him years past his useful value (if he had any). His inability to make any adjustments throughout a game, over the course of years, is completely unacceptable. Not saying it means much, but typically our defensive coordinators go on to become head coaches after a short stint with us, no team asks about Pees...
