Ravens starting Jeremy Zuttah missed practice Friday, but coach John Harbaugh said it's not injury related. "You have to ask him," coach John Harbaugh said.
Maybe I'm reading too much into Harbaugh's statement, but to me that says that he is not too happy about why Zuttah was not at practice.

Not sure if that is the answer or not. Both him and Forsett have similar numbers. (#s from this website)
| Player | Att | Yds | Yds/Att | Long | TD |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Justin Forsett | 24 | 78 | 3.3 | 11 | 0 |
| Terrance West | 23 | 74 | 3.2 | 10 | 0 |

Hard to tell since the Jags have been having injury issues (Cyprien and Amukamara didn't practice yesterday), but Ramsey is more of a slot corner and he (as well as House) struggled on the outside against Tyrell Williams and Travis Benjamin in the loss. Pitta will have a rough match up against Telvin Smith if that's who covers him, I wouldn't think that the Jags would put Poz in coverage as much after last week. SSS is kinda a wild card, I've had a hard time getting a read on him so far. Perriman has a really good opportunity to just go off this weekend.
With as hot as Wallace and Pitta have been, I think the Jags key in on stopping them and makesomebody else beat them. I see a big game for one of our other receivers...could be SSS, Perriman, Aiken, or even Moore. I just have a feeling the Jags are going to make somebody else other than Wallace or Pitta beat them.

Ravens LB Elvis Dumervil (foot) says he's shooting to play Sunday at Jacksonville. "At this point, it's heading in the right direction," he said.
Can't wait to see Suggs and Doom on the field at the same time! Now let's get some third and longs and let them introduce themselves to Mr. Bortles!
My guess is Doom plays, but not as much as he normally does...probably takes some of the 3rd down snaps Mclellan has gotten so far, but of course all this depends on how his "foot area" responds to practicing this week.

Pierce will be cheap for the next few years. I am sure the Ravens would love to retain Williams, but Pierce's play definitely helps the Ravens with negotiations because they won't feel like they HAVE TO overspend to keep Williams. I think the Ravens will give Williams a fair offer, but another team very well may overpay for him, like the Raiders did with KO. At least now with Pierce's play, the Ravens have a viable alternative if that happens. (By no means am I saying Pierce is as good as Williams, but I think he fits Ozzie's 80-20 rule....Getting 80% of the production for 20% of the price)
