  1. Hopefully defense can force some turnovers va geno and company
  2. Dangit. He had pitta but behind him
  3. Might be good we have 4 active rvs + juice
  4. Why throw deep to Aiken?
  5. Nice pass to Wallace to get started
  6. How about a Hester return to the house to start!
  7. CBS is reporting Flacco's shoder injury is irritation to rotator cuff and he threw very few warmups
  8. Sounds pretty windy--22 mph!
  9. I'm surprised about Stanley too. Hopefully we find a way to win this game and that he will be close to 100% after bye for the Steelers game and beyond
  10. Kind of irrelevant now since Geno is starting.
  11. I agree. I love Brandon Williams, but if he is going to cost 8 mil. + (which I think he will), I think our money is best spent on other positions--such as the secondary or pass rusher
  12. Bengals haven't looked good so we are definitely capable of beating them. Steelers-Ravens games are always close-even when it seems one team should be way better--see last year when our hobbled team beat them. Pats will be a tough game-granted-but never say never. This Ravens team is a tram that plays all close games and that is capable of winning games we shouldn't--but also losing games we shouldn't.
  13. Overall West has done a great job, but short yardage situations haven't been his or the Ravens strong point...might be good to give Tali a couple looks there.
  14. With all our injuries-not sure that will happen this game. I expect the following inactives: Doom Sizzle Mosley Yanda Wright Steve Smith Henry
  15. What has he proven? All we know about him is he got beat out by the guys currently on our roster (and the Jets roster). Chances are if we kept him, people would be saying he's not getting the job done like Z Smith, etc.
  16. Amen to that! I'll take a w in any form-no matter how ugly it is!
  17. He is listed on the injury report as questionable, but reports indicate he will play.
  18. I wonder if they'll give him a shot at some short yardage plays? Or at least put him in there to give the defense a different look.
  19. Usually that is the case, but not so sure about this year. The. Rowns are the abrowns. The Bengals are 2-4 and have looked BAD. Pitt is only 4-2 (and VERY likely to be 4-3 after Sunday--plus Ben MIGHT be out 4-6 weeks! This division is definitely up foe grabs!
  20. I am pretty sure Flacco will play. He practiced yesterday and all reports were that he looked good and had good velocity on his throws
  21. Highly doubt it for 2 reasons: 1) We still have a shot at the playoffs, so you don't trade away one of your best players. 2) The offer would have to be HUGE given reason #1 plus we would probably receive a decent compensatory pick if he leaves in free agency.
  22. I don't think I want any fans (myself included) running this team. Doubt any fans are as qualified as those running it. We have a really great organization!
  23. Too risky in my opinion. Might be too late for Joe if we try that. This game is a MUST win. If Joe or any other starters are healthy enoufh to play, they play. They can then use the bye to rest up! Maybe Joe cmes out firing like he did vs Tampa a couple years ago and Mallett finishes the game.
  24. Yup. We definitely all overreacted (but that's what fans do). Definitely glad he should play--I do think we could have won without him if nexessary but would have had much less margin for error. Definitely excited to have Flacco back behind a much healthier oline!
  25. Josh Brown put on exempt list. My guess is that he never plays in NFL again (but still gets his salary for this year) http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/17851075/new-york-giants-kicker-josh-brown-going-commissioner-exempt-list
