  4. I debated on the Watt pick in the 2nd since I took Barnett with the 1st, but thought Watt was by far the best player available, so I couldn't pass him up. 16: R1P16 EDGE DEREK BARNETT TENNESSEE 47: R2P15 EDGE T.J. 8. I can't see us passing on Reuben Foster if he is available at 16. Mosley/Foster combination would be awesome!
  9. If we are lucky and all these guys are available 1: Foster/Mike Williams/Barnett 2: CB-Conley/White 3: Desmond King A little more realistic: 1: Jones 2: Reddick 3: Desmond King
  10. I actually am not afraid of this. I think AP is done and he will be nothing more than an average back.
  11. I agree. Zuttah is not my favorite player, but he is way underestimated on this board. He is at least an average center, which is very valuable. I can't see us cutting him unless we pick up a free agent that we think is better or at least equal and cheaper (maybe the team thinks Mangold is an upgrade, maybe not--depends on their evaluations on his injury status and decline, etc.) Even if we draft a C fairly high in the draft, it is extremely dangerous to trust a rookie C from day 1.
  12. I am really really hoping the Ravens can snag King. Note: I am a huge Hawkeyes fan, so I am admittedly biased. I know a lot of the debate with King is whether he should be a CB or a S. I think he could realistically be both, which makes him that much more valuable. I realize he is not the fastest guy, so will probably not be a "shut-down" corner, but I think he would be a very solid corner and/or a great ball-hawking safety with great coverage skills. My dream draft would be to get a top tier CB in the first (Jones, Wilson, Lattimore, etc.) and pair them with Jimmy in the slot. Then, snag King in the 2nd (or 3rd if teams are crazy enough to let him slide that far)--Keep Webb for a year, then King is our 4th corner and 3rd safety, which puts us in really good shape if any of the starters get injured and allows the team to evaluate him for future to see if they want him as a future CB or S.
  13. I pretty much totally agree with you. IMO, Arrington, and Wright are the most obvious cuts. I also agree with cutting both Pitta and Watson--let the 4 young guys battle it out. Dumervil--I agree it's time to move on--I would probably try to see if anyone would give us a late round pick in a trade--but if not, I agree with cutting him. Lewis--Agree--he might stay until we see if we can find better depth since we have none. Webb--Agree-gotta hold on to him until you know you have a replacement (via FA or draftt) Zuttah--pretty much echo what I said about Webb--not overly excited with him--but IMO you need an equal or better option before cutting him. Wallace--Definitely think he should stay--Maybe we consider cutting him if we land a big name like Marshall or something--but if cap allows, I'd still keep him. i would love to go into the season with top 3 WRs of Marshall/Garcon/Jeffrey/Britt,etc./Wallace/Perriman
  14. I know that is not realistic. I just don't value ANY RB at 16. So what I meant was the only way I would select him (if I was GM) would be if he was miraculously available later.--I know this is probably more my personal preference than reality
