  3. Here I am just waiting for a competent supporting cast for Flacco like he had in 2012.

  4. I really took having Boldin, Torrey, Jacoby and Pitta for granted :( I miss all of them

I surely miss Boldin. Gilmore is helping me live without Pitta. 2012, Joe had some damn good weapons. I really wish we built off the group we had.

  5. The fact that Pees is still here this morning makes me question the FO for the first time since the Cam Cam days.

Quiet honesty the season is already lost. When do you fire a defensive coordinator in that case? Usually it happens when the offseason arrives.

Im going to actually root for Cleveland, San Diego is a bigger threat for that 6th seed.

  7. Dear Mr. Biscotti, do the right thing and fire Pees. You stepped in and fired Cam when Harbs wouldn't, and we won The Super Bowl. Step in and save our season from being a complete "lose every game in the fourth quarter" disaster.

Scotti didn't fire Pees, it was Harbs. He did discuss it with Harbaugh but it wasn't his call.

  8. I am confused when people keep pointing to Brady and saying "elite quarterbacks can win without elite receivers." I guess they don't consider the greatest statistical tight end in NFL history to be a good receiver.

That's how I feel. Most say it to make it sound better I guess.

  9. nfl.com has a bracket tournament of the greatest game of all time. mile high miracle isnt on there but the 2000 MNF between the jets and dolphins is. "so kewl a olineman caught a td pass in overtime in a game between 2 mediocre teams" smh

Naw I meant being that guy who talks about how his favorite team is always underrated and always getting disrespected but in all honesty, I feel it's that way with the Ravens.

I don't understand how the Eagles, Cardinals and Saints have higher odds...SMH!

Not trying to be that guy.

But the Ravens as a whole are a very underrated franchise for what they've succeed. Look at the Philadelphia Eagles, they talk about them 24/7, and I ask why? They never really accomplished anything in the last decade. The Ravens are also a team you don't see up there with odds makers, for some reason they're left out the discussion of contenders at times.

  12. I am starting to get a little impatient and annoyed with the front office because I know Ozzie is a great GM and all, but they have had several opportunities to sign some quality defensive players and are letting them go to division rivals (Tramon Williams) I just want them to fill defensive holes and draft offense. I don't want to anticipate the draft and then have them take a pass rusher or DL or CB in the first round when they could have filled these holes better in FA. We need playmak...

I'm going to admit. Usually, we wait a while before we make our moves, but this year is a little different with how little cap we have. Now we're just trying to keep ourselves from being over the cap, next year you can expect more moves.

  13. I am kind of warming up to the idea of taking Maxx Williams in r1 or maybe trading out of our first for an early 2nd and a 4th or something. He is by far the best TE in the class and he could be a really really good weapon.

    1. PurpleCity5

      PurpleCity5

Similar to Landon Collins, someone could take him in the early 2nd or late 2nd. It's just that the shortage of TE's will make some panic and reach for Williams and Collins.

  14. I hope we don't sign Bowe. You have to be a completely different level of bad if you can't find the endzone once and you started every game

  15. If we don't get a ring this upcoming year, we will have a dry next couple year. Yanda, Osemele, Jimmy, Upshaw and Will Hill all FA's next offseason.

    1. PurpleCity5

      PurpleCity5

Ray Rice and Yanda's cap hits disappear. We'll be able to keep two out of four of those FA's.

  16. question, is devin smith still getting first round consideration after disappointing some folks with his 40 time?

  17. Possible dream scenario for the Ravens' draft: They trade back into the early 2nd for an extra 3rd round pick, and then use their 4th or original 3rd to trade up from their original spot in the 2nd to the middle of the round. They draft both CB Kevin Johnson and WR Nelson Agholor in the 2nd round.

  18. The most exciting and most dreadful time in the NFL Offseason begins tuesday and the anticipation is eating me alive

  19. Andre Johnson or Kenny Britt to the Ravens, I think one will likely happen. Britt rather than Johnson. for $$$ reasons

  21. Trade back to get Perriman? Thoughts?

      PurpleCity5

I wouldn't mind if we picked him there. Though I don't think F.O would trade back for Perriman, I think F.O would trade back for someone who's falling like Shane Ray or maybe Nate Orchard.

  22. Man, Pagano is getting as bad as Rex. Go ahead and over pay McPhee and we'll take that very good compensatory pick in return.

Kruger was actually really good this year but I felt they didn't have to give a contract that lucrative.

To be honest, Pagano had plenty to do with McPhee's success, I'm certain Indy would be ideal for McPhee considering that he'll be joining former teammates and I'm sure he likes Pagano a lot.

  24. in the 3rd round, would you take ekpre-olomu, or steve nelson? i was on nelsons bandwagon but olomu's athleticism and playmaking potential is intriguing to say the least, especially in the 3rd round.

    1. PurpleCity5

      PurpleCity5

Value kinda drops in the 3rd. Ozzie loves getting guys who fall as well and Ifo is one of those guys, tbh I'd go Ifo only because he's tech savy, he could be very useful against guys like Edelmen.

  25. who would you take? Q. Rollins or J. Shaw? One should be a raven. Rollins has more upside than Shaw i think. But Shaw is a great press man.
