  1. I liked Agholor a lot, with that said, I think he's got a great floor, but a good ceiling, but not great one. I thought about the Reggie Wayne comps, but I think he compares better to a guy like Pierre Garcon. I liked Dorsett and Smith better because of ceiling.
  2. I agree, not going to lie, I was a Strong fan early on, I really liked him but the more tape digging I do, the less I liked him. Regardless getting him in the 3rd is a steal. The thing is, I don't think he dropped because of injury, he played through it and he was cleared by the Steelers doctors, I just personally believe that the fans and media overvalued him too much, I think teams just weren't impressed by the tape. I don't believe that without more polishing his game will transition to the NFL like that. The way I see him, he beat CB with height rather than playing up to his size.
  3. Round 1, Pick 26: WR Breshad Perriman UCF Round 2, Pick 55: TE Maxx Williams Minnesota Round 3. Pick 90: DT Carl Davis IOWA Round 4, Pick 122: OLB/DE Za'Darius Smith Kentucky Round 4, Pick 125: RB Jay Allen USC Round 4, Pick 136: CB Tray Walker Texas Southern Round 5, Pick 171: TE Nick Boyle Delaware Round 5, Pick 176: G Robert Myers Tennessee State Round 6, Pick 204: WR Darren Waller Georgia Tech Day 1: I've talked about Perriman's high upside well before the draft. He has a very high ceiling and as I've said before the draft, he compares very well to Demaryius Thomas. Both have questionable hands, (actually Thomas led the NFL in drops last season...) and were shaky route runners coming out of college but he played in a pro style offense, similar to Perriman. Thomas credits playing in a pro-style offense that made the adjustment to the NFL easier. That's how I envision it for Perriman, he played in a Pro Style offense and ran a combination of routes, when you look on tape, you see the stop route, dig route, go route, comeback route, deep post, slant route, back shoulder route...ect., You can see all the routes that teams run, he ran every route on the route tree. I don't think he'll have any trouble at all jumping into a pro style offense, with a bit more polishing, he can be a star at WR. Day 2: I did not like the idea of picking Maxx Williams in Round 1, but in Round 2 the value is perfect. He's 21 and carries a lot of intangibles and is a great route runner, including the fact that he has great hands and a huge catch radius. What I love about Williams is that he's a natural at the tight end position, it's like he was destined to be a TE. Carl Davis was pegged by many to go into the 1st-2nd round, but at pick 90, he is a steal. Day 3: Za'Darius Smith was a huge sleeper. Everytime I watched Bud Dupree, another guy who would jump at me was Za'Darius Smith. I love high-motor guys, if you don't have athleticism, a high-motor is the best way to compensate for that. I think he'll be a good rotational player for us, with the potential to become great. Really love this pick a ton. Buck Allen was a sleeper RB, I think he's a great fit for us, he has great inside vision, great cuts, and great burst. What I really love about him though, is that he's a great rec. threat, that's a great addition to our passing game. Myers, Waller and Boyle will serve great to depth, and camp competition. As for Walker, I honestly did not know much about him, I'm going to trust F.O on this one. Just a great draft by Oz, I'm really liking what we got and man, did this offense get stronger. All in All, Great draft by the Ravens. Grade: A-
  4. I'm honestly relieved to see us take Perriman to be honest. If we passed on a WR in round 1, I don't know how we could have got one later. I did expect Devin Smith to go early, but I was a bit wowed when I actually saw it happened. Overall, I like the pick.
  5. I love high motor players, I feel like it's one of the best Pro's to have. Smith is a guy I liked a ton and I'm so pumped that we got him.
  6. I don't see him beating out Aiken or Brown. This is just the depth chart, I'm sure he can make the roster.
  7. #1: Smith Sr. #2: Perriman Slot: Campanaro #3: Aiken #4: Brown I can def. see Perriman take over in the 2nd half of the season. The way I see it, Perriman, Smith Sr., Campanaro, and Aiken are safe.
  8. I've heard about Julian Wilson prior to the draft. Interesting signing.
  9. I believe Thomas led the NFL in drops last year. Very similar with both coming out of college.
  10. That gif is epic.
  11. I really believe Demayrius Thomas coming out of College is a more accurate comparison to Perriman than Torrey. I see much more similarities between them.
  12. Hopefully he comes up for us. Really nice pick.
  13. Agreed. Payback.
  14. So great to get him in the 2nd. For a 5th it's a serious steal.
  15. Yeah, our offense would become deadly.
  16. I've always felt that Perriman is more than just a Torrey Smith. On tape, he looks like Demaryius Thomas coming out of college, and I'm not making this comparison just because we drafted him. I've been saying this for a while, he just reminds me of Thomas. Torrey is not a jump ball guy and Perriman is a better YAC guy. He's stronger and just as fast. In my opinion, I think he'll have a Torrey Smith like rookie impact, but long term, I think he can mold into Demayrius Thomas. I think they're very similar.
  17. I'm getting really excited for Perriman. I would love to see us add Walford.
  18. I think Perriman, in terms of an athlete compares greatly to a guy like LeBron James...hairline... In all seriousness Im cool with the pick.
  19. Late to the party, "Hey, Hey, Hey!" Anyways, Good way to start off Season 5. Season 4 was honestly the best, well in my opinion, just an amazing season, I hope Season 5 surpasses it. I'm getting impatient with Cerci's, I'm seriously hoping she's disposed of because my patience is being played with. But yeah, Season 4 was just amazing, great way to kick off Season 5.
  20. Oh yeah, I'm hopeful for Pitta right now though.
  21. Reid seems like a 53 man cut, if not, he'll serve as depth. Maybe he can step up....
  22. I think we're fine. The only holes on the team is at WR and depth at CB, we could also use a few pass rushers. I feel all that will be addressed in the draft. The moves are made to set up extensions for Yanda and Jimmy I feel. With $7M left in cap, you don't want to add too many pieces to the point where you take hefty losses like Jimmy and Yanda. Both should be Ravens for a long time. 2016 will be big for us. This draft will be big for us, we have to get a lot of hits. This class is filled at WR, I think F.O will do a great job addressing WR in the draft.
  23. Wow, that sucks.
  24. To consider the possibility that Reid is the guy we couldn't give up in 2010 for a guy like Dez....GUAH!
  25. I got it from RSR, timeline may not match, but It does make sense and I do think he was a guy we heavily followed.
