Too late for that. At least, it Should be. He showed his True colors, who he really is, when he decided not to cooperate in the investigation. The time for honesty was during the investigation, not after deciding that he didn't like the penalty levied. Even with confession, one should be held accountable for their actions, and he received the penalty he did for the actions he Already committed.
Yes and if he's been doing it his whole career he desevres a much worse punishment because all of his passing stats and even the patiots records are blemished.
Even if Brady did confess to his cheating and scandalous actions, he deserves the punishment in its entirety and no reduction.
True, but his only chance at reducing his punishment is confession and remorse.
I think when Brady goes before the commissioner he better own up to what he did. He may have a better chance of reducing his punishment a little if he tells the story and says that he is very sorry and that it will never happen again. If he doesn't then he deserves what he gets.
I did think that Suggs had a bad year, but in regards to the Joe Flacco ranking I have to agree. Honestly this is just a popularity contest. There are a few teams that are televised more because they are considered more popular. Like the Broncos, Patriots, Steelers, Packers, and now Seahawks... Some of it is because of their recent success but even before this last season the Steelers were terrible for 3-4 years not getting into the play offs and getting around 8-8 when constantly every season people would project them on top of the division winning 13-3. The Ravens have never really been a popular team outside of Maryland, and they go in as underdogs every year with people always expecting the Ravens to be the 8-8 team in the AFC North when they have been probably the most consistent and best team in the AFC North for 6 years now. Going into Pittsburgh in the play offs this last year everyone, and I mean probably 95% of the media, projected the Steelers to win by a pretty good margin because of the regular season game the Steelers destroyed Baltimore and always showed flash backs of that game of when our cornerbacks struggled. They NBC cast never showed one clip of the game between the two when the Ravens won 26-6 or whatever it was earlier that year. There are just more popular teams in the media for whatever reason and I guess fans of teams that aren't as popular just need to just ignore it and move on.
I think they deserve much more respect than they get. I know not many people here repect them but it's because they know so little about them.
I don't understand how the Raven players are dropping so far down in the top 100. They had a far better year last year than 2013. Suggs goes from 26 to 84 unbelievable!
wow Steve is only 3 years younger than my father. He sure plays great though. I'm glad he is on our team. He can teach these younger guys how to play the game Ravens style.
That guy McCrary played the game like his life depended on. I've seen him play on my dvd and I thought he played harder than anyone on the field. He even broke his hand or finger or something his whole hand was in a cast.
I remember the first time I watched football with my grandfather. Ed missed a tackle and held his arm like it was hurting. I said why is he playing if his arm hurts so bad. My grandfather said because he is a great player and the quarterback will not throw the ball anywhere near him. Then I saw Ray was wearing this big thing on his arm and I thought the same about him but didn't say anything. I was so ignorant about football then but now I understand Great players like ed and ray need to be there for their team to be the best. They went on and won the super bowl with these two great players playing hurt.
Wow I've never read so many long comments on this site. There are many patriot fans around here and they are friends of mine. They think nothing is very wrong with this. I don't argue with them but I think that along with the fact that they have been caught cheating before that they need to be punished severely.
If the ravens win the north this year I think it will be because our two top draft choices along with Steve and Joe and the rest of the offense all have good seasons. If Dennis comes back even better. I believe we can beat the other three teams at least once and maybe twice. And beat Pittsburgh three times.
Don't get me wrong I hope Dennis comes back and never has another problem with his hip. But the way he broke it the second time without even being touched. I think the ravens are preparing for him not to return with these tightend picks. I'm sure his wife doesn't want him to chance it. I know wouldn't but I really do hope he returns. He's one of my favorite players.

Coach Harbaugh says he's the best quarterback in football. Now with the offense possibly being even better this year. I'm thinking about another super bowl. Oh well I can hope can't I. We just need to have less injuries. We could have done it last year without all the injuries.
