  1. Well most of what was wrong today has already been mentioned multiple times so I won't repeat it except for how disappointed I was in the pass protection. It was beyond pathetic. Still hoping Trestman doesn't prove to be Cam 2.0.  To lose by 1 point is a punch in the gut. For me personally, I would rather lose by 10 points than by 1 especially when we dug ourselves out and had the lead and then just needed to get in field goal range to wrap up another ugly win. But hey, we're 3-1 which is not bad but we were so close to being 4-0. Hopefully we can fix some of these issues that continue to plague us and STOP THE PENALTIES guys!! The taunting one really ticked me off. On to the Redskins....

Typical, people freaking out during the game and now that we got this ugly win through bad referrees and lucky bounces everything is supposed to be just ok ? No, no and no. Run game god awful, we don't have a run game. Pass rush, god awful, we don't have a pass rush. Flacco got better, that's good. Can't wait to get Doom back, seriously we're in bad need of him.. Taunting call was hilarious, should've been probably td ending drive, but I'll take this as a Ravens fan. Either way, win, ugly win but a win.

I don't believe the ref threw a taunting call in there for no reason...something was said that made it fall into that category. Good thing too as that drive was not going to end well for us. I agree though on the run game and pass rush...those two areas really need some improvement.

  3. I get what you all are saying about the Browns and it's a game we absolutely should win...but let's not get overconfident. If there's one thing I've learned with the Browns, they can crap the bed every week but when they play us, they seem to really get up for our two games and give us fits. Our guys overlook them at times and it comes back to bite us. But yeah, we SHOULD be able to take care of business next week.

  4. On top of what has already been said in the comments, it sends the message that teams will turn a blind eye to your behavior as long as you can still produce on the field at a high level. Ray Rice was coming off a bad year (and his age) so it was easier for teams to think he wasn't worth the bad PR to pick him up unlike Hardy. Not only do I find DV repulsive, I find the NFL's attitude toward it repulsive. Not enough is being done to get the message out and curb this type of behavior. There should be a ZERO tolerance policy. If you are involved in DV, you are permanently barred from the NFL. That is the only way these guys are going to really think twice about their actions. What message is being sent out when a 10 game suspension gets appealed down to 4? What does that say to the NFL's female fans? I personally am totally disgusted by it.

  5. Until our DBs turn their words into meaningful action and on a consistent basis, I have to believe nothing will change and we will once again lose to a better team. Saying the right words and actually doing it are two different things. I will be thrilled if they prove me wrong. I love my Ravens and will support them through thick and thin but this year it has been hard to stay positive. Even so, LETS GO RAVENS!!!

  6. thats two weeks in a row Steve Smith dropped game winning catchable balls ☕

It was an overthrown ball, watch the replay! Steve Smith did his part to help keep us in this game so this isn't on him. Love how people are overreacting, overreaching, wailing and gnashing their teeth over this loss. Yes it was a pathetic showing but at least we still have enough of the season left to right the ship. If there is to be a finger pointed, it should be at Dean Pees for not making the necessary adjustments when we desperately needed him to.

  7. What am I missing here? The tweet from Jason is as follows "Terrell Suggs not even considering retirement. Will begin rehab soon and will play in '16 whether for Ravens or elsewhere (has $4.5M salary)"

By your logic Suggs also didnt say that he is not even considering retirement. If that is the case then why is this info even relevant, why is it being used as the headline for the LFW article?

Dude, the possibility exists that the Ravens could trade Suggs. Would that be on Suggs or on the Ravens? Why are you assuming that Suggs directly said it instead of LaCanfora interjecting his own thoughts? As for the headline, you ever hear of Clickbait? A dramatic headline to make you want to read their article. Lighten up man.

  8. Real nice for Suggs to say he would play elsewhere. Anyone paying attention saw him pout and cry when Oz traded his buddy NGata. Then he came into camp fat and lazy. And then he got hurt in the first game of the season. Thanks for showing up Terrell

No where in this article did it state Suggs actually said he would play elsewhere, only LaCanfora saying that. Until you hear it out of Suggs mouth, it is only rumor. Suggs has repeatedly stated he has no interest in playing for another team and would like to finish his career here. No guarantees of course and I could be wrong. but I personally believe he will be back with the Ravens next year.

  9. Sometimes you gotta know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em and in Elam's case the vision is clear. They need to cut their loss and open up a roster spot for someone who can actually tackle and has a higher football IQ. I too had called Jimmy Smith a bust and he surprised me but even on his worst days, he was light years better than Elam. Heck, I think any one of us could be better than him at this point. You notice how just about every DB has been injured and missed time but Elam? That should tell you how much he actually plays even when he's playing.
