If we don't select a DB in round 1, round 2 at the latest, it would be a big mistake. Des King or Teez Tabor would be great Ravens.
The jury is still out on Judon, Kaufusi and Correa but, it would be prudent to look for a highly rated pass rusher in round 2.
I have always agreed with the best player available philosophy but, there are holes that are begging to be filled.
Another great article by Sarah Ellison, clearly the best writer on the staff. Maybe not the wisdom of Eisenberg but, always does a quality LFW.
Sorry to see Will Hill go but, he has issues. I agree he was the better safety than Elam or Lewis. It was apparent toward the end of last season that Will was not himself. I hope he straightens his substance abuse issues out for his sake and the sake of his family.
Buckner, Bosa and Spence are all great talents. I would be happy with any of them. My favorite being Bosa.
As much as free agency and the draft dominate discussions, regardless of who we lose or who we retain during free agency, I'm wondering who gets cut? The Ravens have several players that appear to not be NFL caliber players. At some point, they will be let go. Does anyone care to speculate who gets their walking papers? One guy that I thought had a future was Marlon Brown, now I think he's done. I'd like to read other opinions!
Absolutely welcome Breshad! I sincerely believe this young man will be better than Torrey Smith. I've always felt that Torrey, for the most part, was a one dimensional receiver. Torrey would be successful as long as there was a Steve Smith or Anquan Boldin as the #1 receiver. I never thought he would be a #1 receiver himself.
Breshad, I believe, has the tools or can develop the tools to be our #1 receiver and possibly much more, maybe an All Pro. I really have high hopes for Breshad. I place him in the same category as Amare Cooper! Lets hope it works out that way!
Love the selection of Maxx Williams. Will have my own #87 shirt made with the name of Dos Equis (sp.) above the number on the back. This young man holds much promise. I hope he does well and goes far!

Myles Jack was and is a great talent, his injury history scared many away from an early selection. I hear ya but, I'd have been a bit leery of taking him early. Many have said that they doubted he had 3 or 4 years in the league before he was forced to retire.Time will prove someone right and someone wrong. For his sake, I hope he plays 10 years.
