  1. Cmon Joe. Get it together.
  2. That's frustrating, coach him up
  3. Dean, you need to have a defense that sets a tone early. Shot down the run, jam the WR's, and get to the QB. You're right, 1 game does not define a defense, but the Ravens built a style of Defense over the past 15 years that needs to Define this years Defense. It's your job to bring in the right guys, make the adjustments so our 2015 Defense plays like a Raven Defense.
  4. Ray's face was Priceless! He must have just seen the Text that we lost to the Raiders...I disagree with this game not being a "must win" game. You can't assume we will win all games outside of the AFC north. We always lay a duck or 2 each year, we already did so to the Raiders which is early in the season for us, so now we only have 1 left. A conference opponent at home this week should be treated like a MUST WIN.
  5. Well, Were the underdogs again...Maybe we can turn this thing around and prove everyone wrong.
  6. 1. No Superstars on Defense. We are very Vanilla without Suggs. Sure, the LB's and Secondary made some mistakes, but All good defense starts up front with Pressure on the QB and Run Stopping. 2. Dean Pees needs to make adjustments during the game. We got carved up by a short passing Carr today and a rookie receiver. The Raiders adjusted and shut down Crockett in the 2nd half. I guess Del Rio and crew out did Harbs and Crew. 3. Crockett is a monster, Trestman please draw up a gameplan that uses him more. 4. Looking for the Leader on D, Steve Smith cannot be the only player on this roster with a Personality and a bad attitude. 5. What happened to Ravens back field with a Tailback and a Fullback? If the O Line is Struggling bring in Juice to block and get some screens to Forsett and quick outs to our Monster Tight End. He'll get the YACs if you get him the ball early on some quick drops.
  7. Time for Dean Pees to earn his Keep. He now has the first Ravens Defense without anyone from the Old Guard, and it doesn't look promising. It's obvious a defense without a Leader and Motivator plays Flat like we did today. Need to make adjustments and somebody has got to step up as a playmaker. If we give Dalton and Big Ben that kind of time, they will embarrass us. Just curious, do we have any Speedy Receivers on the practice squad that can stretch a defense until Perriman returns? if so, bring em up...
  8. The offense moved the ball well, and came back from two 10 point deficits on the road and gave the Defense the lead to win the game. Steve, Kamar and Crockett were all solid as well and the running game started to open up. J Tuck was reliable as usual. Only focusing on the highlights. Must WIN next week.
  9. I agree with Kevin, the Ravens can do some special things even without Sizzle. My biggest question is to see how this Defense performs without Suggs and any other big name Veteran Raven on the field to pick up the slack. When Sizzle tore his Achilles Before, we had Ed and Ray and Haloti out there. When Ray tore his Tricep, we had Sizzle, Reed and Haloti. I'm Hoping CJ and Doom can take over and Lead the D, and Webby has got to step up and be a vocal Veteran leader as well.
  10. Marlon, Aiken and Steve Smith are a Solid Group. Definitely need more Tight End looks, and screens to Justin and Juice...None of the WR or TE personnel matter without the O line giving Joe a Pocket to throw form. I'm thinking Joe has a big day Sunday.
  11. No Doubt Williams is Ready, he was the best Draft pick of the 2013 season, brought here to replace Haloti, and probaly mentored by Ngata. Suggs is another issue, No player or group of players will replace his ability to disrupt opposing offenses who gameplan to shut him down, draw double teams to free up Doom, and fill his Veteran leadership role. I'm optimistic our D can be a top 5-10 D, but OZ and Harbs really need to fix this soon. And, the O line obviously need to give Joe a pocket to throw from and open up some lanes for Justin. Good news is, most teams we face don't have Ware and Miller up front and a head coach who basically designed our offense. No worries, just concerns that will be corrected.
  12. We should NOT risk our Number 1 Receiver.
  13. We should risk our number 1 Receiver in this role. He clearly is the only receiver Joe is Clicking with, if anything, why Exhaust him and risk him getting injured. We need him down the stretch.
  14. We knew Jimmy Smith would play well. He has all the tools to be a number 1, pro bowl shut down Corner. It will be interesting to see how we react to a QB that can get the ball to the second level. Peyton stayed underneath all day with his lack of arm strength, allowing Jimmy and Ladarius to keep WR's in front of them. True test will be the deep routes, back shoulder fades and jump balls in the red zone. I think they Jimmy and Webby are set for a solid season. Please stay healthy.
  15. Don't be upset Crockett, Outside of Gronkowski, no other TE in the league was coming down with that ball. A defender draped all over you, and a ball hawking play by an Ex Raven...Make up for it next week.
  16. Agree with Joe, but the Offensive line has the most to work on. Joe would have picked denver apart with more time. Denver is a very tough team to run on with their front seven, so Let's not all go down on Forsett just yet...
  17. Suggs will lead from the sidelines. Hope he doesn't go out like this. We could use another true pass rusher, Freeney could be an option since Doom will draw the best tackle and the double teams now. Not sure 1 playmaker is what our offense needs. We collectively need our Wideouts, Tight ends and Running backs to do their job and move the ball as a unit. Last season was our best Offense in team history, and the best Playmaker is still on our roster...We need to improve as a group, get separation, not give up on routes and most of all The O line will need to open up lanes for Forsett and Allen and give Joe a pocket to throw to some of our very capable receivers...
  18. 1. Defense was ready, shut down a very good offense. 2. Need a speedy receiver back and better Tight End play 3. O line please protect Joe 4. Steve Smith cannot be our punt returner, too risky 5. Get well Soon Sizzle, we will greatly miss Every Aspect of your Game on and off the field
  19. This is a Big Deal. That kind of leadership is tough to replace. Especially late in the season. Sad for Terrell.
  20. Get the run game going early on the road, then open up the pass game. Suggs, Williams and Doom need to get at Peyton and we win.
  21. Thanks Gary, We appreciate it.
  22. If steve says a player is good enough to play, he's ready. He would call him out if he wasn't. Just glad he landed in bmore.
  23. Definitely miss Jacoby. Steve and Lardarius cannot be out Kick returners. Oz needs to work this out
  24. So do we...Next Man Up is at risk if not...
