    I was originally thinking about getting a power forward in this pick and I was leaning towards picking Pettit or Mchale since they were both picked. Pettit only played 11 years in the NBA but those 11 years displayed dominance.

    I'm pretty sure he chose Dirk not because Dirk is better but a better compliment to Kareem and Charles by stretching the defense with his range.
