  1. Two costly penalties by Babin led to 2 TDs when we had the stop. A vet that took more than 2 weeks to get active and offers absolutely nothing positive on a team with no pass rush, this bum needs to go
  2. I bet the media here in Baltimore wouldn't mind having Pollard back either, remember when he won the "Media Good Guy" award? http://www.scout.com/nfl/ravens/story/1146669-ravens-updateBut I actually think right now we're better suited to sign a hungry, young safety who can take the back-up role behind Lewis and Hill, if we were to sign a safety at all at this point
  3. I've also been following the US women's national team at the World Cup and the parallels that Eisenberg made here are quite accurate! Another similarity is the Ravens' and US women's unbreakable confidence and physical dominance over opposing teams, imposing their will on another team and wanting it more - a tenacious aspect of all American teams for sure, but the feisty/solid defense made it all the more similar to the Ravens in particular Their defense tied a shutout record of most minutes without a goal, like how the Ravens defense set records in 2000. Anyways, go Ravens! Once it's do or die in the playoffs, no one can stop us but ourselves
  4. "Only Smith has more than two years of experience." And besides Aiken who just turned into a starter last season and has been in the league for like 4(?) years, holy moly! I know we're all excited for our young, talented receiving corps (I am too), but I'm really hoping these guys can catch up to game time speed *fingers crossed* Knowing how much Flacco loves sure receivers who run crisp routes and know where to be, our collective WR inexperience may definitely bring some growing pains...we'll see though! Still excited to see what these younguns bring!
  5. This is my main concern for this rule - that most coaches will now default to the 2pt conversion instead of the extra point, which actually might end up de-valuing the kicker position. Before, coaches wouldn't even consider the 2pt until maybe late in the game and now Schatz is saying the reverse might happen? Interesting game of statistics here now that this rule is introduced...
