John Harbaugh's address was terrific. He was humorous, dynamic, and provided the graduates with food for thought about their future--especially on having a work ethic. He told the graduates "never leave work before your boss" which is good advice. I mentioned this to my grandson ( who graduated) and told him that this was something to remember in the future. Yesterday, Coach Harbaugh gave "thumbs up " to many grads and appeared to be enjoying he moment. What impresses me most about the coach is his " down to earth " demeanor. Great person.

If Smith was so great how come he couldn't beat out Kapernick?

There is no way that he can come back. I am a big fan of his but to see him go down without contact was sickening to me. What is the team's responsibility in the decision to return?
