  1. I swear to [Deity] if we finish the season at the Bengals again, I'm watching the season under protest
  2. Weddle for SS, Webb for FS
  3. Holding out hope until I can see him on the field for OTA's
  4. If someone was to trade with the Titans for #1 and take Wentz, would Cleveland still want to take Goff at #2? Is it realistic for the draft to go 1) Wentz 2) Goff 3) Tunsil 4) Ramsey/Zeke 5) Bosa 6) Jack/Buckner
  5. I guess in hindsight everyone has some level of interest in Tunsil, but I think think the Browns want a game changer too much (QB, LB, DLine) to take a LT, something they are fine with as long as they have Thomas. Of course trading him changes everything. The Cowboys taking him I think would be a terrible move as they need major pieces on D and weapons on Offense. Taking him just to be a trade piece would kill them
  6. I didn't realize this, but Titans taking Ramsey #1 could make Tunsil fall like a rock. Browns still take a QB, SD has a real chance at him, but after that I see him falling to us. Cowboys and Jags are both set at LT, so if SD goes Bosa we could realistically get Tunsil at 6
  7. While I think Cowboys will take Bosa if he's there, I wouldn't be terribly surprised if they took Jack or Buckner. With Ramsey gone and VH3 not worth #4, they'll be looking pass rush. I doubt they go for Stanley with who else would be on the board, and them taking a QB would be unbelievable. However, I think they see too much JJ Watt in Bosa to pass him, regardless of history. (This assumes the top 3 will be Ramsey, Tunsil, and a QB in no particular order)
  8. RGIII to Cleveland. Just in case we didn't mess him up enough in 2012, we now get two more chances a year to get it done Side Note: Am I the only one disappointed we never got to play or beat the mess out of Johnny Football?
  9. Anyone know any big names that will more than likely be post-June 1st cuts? I feel like that's when the market gets new life. Any potential OL or DL worth looking into?
  10. Watson is just being called the #1 TE because he's more complete than Williams and is currently healthier than Gillmore. Crockett is already a good blocker and just needs to work on his hands, which I think Watson will help with
  11. Ozzie: "Hey Hue, how are you doing man? Listen, I heard you are trying to shop around that Joe Thomas guy. Great move. He's a scrub and you don't need a guy with his attitude on a team with a prestigious history like Cleveland. That's a real veteran move on your part. Tell you what, I'll take him off your hands. What? You aren't just gonna give him up? Oh no no no no Huey you got me all wrong. I was gonna set you up in exchange for us taking him off your hands. We really like you, and we'd only set you up for success with critical pieces. Here's the deal: You send use John Thomas or whatever And we give you THREE 1st round Talents 1) A 1st round LT that we snagged from the Jags. I know right? They're so dumb. Dude's an absolute beast when he steps on the field, and he can totes be your anchor to protect the HoF QB you should totally draft at #2 2) A 1st round, All-Team Safety prospect we got from Florida after that SB we won. Dude is all over the place from left side to right (of the bench). I saw you lost Gipson, so why not fill that hole without even skipping a beat? 3) We'll give you our 3rd AND Denver's 4th, Have you checked the value on those picks? That worth a second round pick! You'll have TWO picks in the 2nd round. Did you know if you trade two seconds you can get a first? THINK HOW MANY 1ST ROUND PICKS YOU COULD HAVE John and Steve don't know about this yet, so you are the first to know. That's how much I like you. If I told them they'd get so mad about all the talent I'd be giving away. Steve would fire me for giving you this good of a deal, but I'm willing to help you out. Get back to me when you've made up your mind, but hurry before anyone finds out." /Trade Talks
  12. I think RGIII is just covering his bases. With Kap supposedly off the market and Fitz trying to command big money, he's the best value left on the market. He might be trying to get a bidding war going between Denver, Cleveland, and NY. Personally, I think Cleveland is his last option seeing as Denver gives him a chance to catch at ride at a SB and NY is a bigger Market with an up and coming team he can become the leader of. He goes to Cleveland and he can kiss any hope of a future goodbye. That Said, my guesses are: Jets get RGIII Denver get Fitz San Fran Keeps Kap Browns draft Wentz
  13. I think Clay and Camp compete for PR/KR duties. I think we keep 6 WR with 1) SSS 2) Wallace 3) Aiken 4) Perriman 5) KR/PR 6) *Open Spot* Camp and Clay compete for the 5 spot and the 6 goes to Matthews, Marlon, Butler, Brown, or a Rookie
  14. Can't believe this. He was only 23, and had hopefully a long, successful life ahead of him. RIP Tray Walker and prayers to your family
  15. The competition for 5th WR is gonna be interesting: Marlon, Camp, Butler, Brown, Matthews, and this is before even drafting anyone. Anyone think we keep 6 WR this year?
  16. I think we are gonna miss Hill, but if the reports were true that he was being benched late in games, then this may be a good route to go. Weddle has all the qualities to pick up as a SS, and Webb hopefully has a successful transition to FS. Now keeping Kendrick on the other hand....
  17. Draft Stanley in the early 1st (if Ramsey doesn't fall) and slot him to play LG and back-up LT, and trade our early 2nd and two 4th's to get back into the 1st and snag Nkemdiche/Spence/A Falling Pass Rusher. Spend the rest of the draft building secondary, WR, and LB depth. That would put a big bow on what I'd call an A+ offseason
  18. Did you hear that? That was Flacco's jaw hitting the floor after looking at his receiving core
  19. Where have you read that? Everything I've seen has graded Hill as our best defensive player let alone in the secondary
  20. Mr. "I Just Have a Knee Sprain" isn't exactly reliable to stay on the field. Does not hurt at all to have a contingency if Perriman sneezes too hard and it ends his career
  21. Weddle and Hill COULD arguably be one of the best safety TANDEMS we've seen on this team in awhile. The amount of talent between the two is unreal
  22. On Wiki it says Aldon smith was given his year long suspension on November 17th, so does that mean if someone signed him this offseason, that he can't play until November 17th of this coming season? Or is he just going to be out this entire league year? I like the idea of at least claiming his rights on a 2-year deal just in case It's also looking more and more like the FO wants to keep Monroe, so I think the best course would be to set up a trade to scoot back and take Stanley to be LG and develop while we wait out Monroe at LT. We get insurance at LT if Monroe goes down by sliding Stanley over and move Jensen/Urschel to LG, and fills the hole KO left. Spend the early 2nd round pick on a WR or Pass Rush (If Nkemdiche is falling, WE NEED TO GO AFTER HIM)
  23. He was definitely mad about that, but he still got paid in Miami. I doubt he holds that against them especially when he had his best years there and can possibly revive his career by re-signing
  24. They've had a pretty rough offseason IMO. They may have signed Green, but they lost Bryant, have very little cap space, and are going to potentially lose Beachum, Blake, and Boykin. Unless they have a great Draft, the Steelers defense is gonna take a major hit. I'm also not sure why people are so high on Okung beings Monroe's replacement. They both have major injury questions, are good when healthy, and will command similar contracts
  25. Spotrac has Pitt at $5 million in space, Cowboys at $11 million, and Ravens at about $12 million. I think if there is any bidding war, its between us and the Cowboys. I'd love Weddle as long as he comes at around $5 million or less per year. We still need to address holes at OL, Pass Rush, and WR as well as still have money for the draft class
