  1. Unless season ticket holders are no longer required to purchase exhibition/ practice/ preseason (whatever you want to call them) games - this is an absolute joke. It is condescending, and insulting, to season ticket holders for the Ravens brass to spin this as having "heard it loud and clear" w/ respect to being forced to buy preseason games. This change only benefits those who might "walk up" to purchase tickets to a preseason game, or purchase tickets for a preseason game via whatever means directly from the Ravens (via Ticketmaster or at the Stadium). Yes, it's appreciated that season ticket costs have remained constant for the last 4 years. But if the cost of the total package is the same - nothing about this tiered system matters to the season ticket holder - they're sticking it to us one way or another. So no, the Ravens did not hear us "loud and clear" - or at all for that matter. The whole issue is about being forced to buy tickets for the meaningless preseason games at all - regardless of the price. The Ravens have been a model organization since they've been here - but this smacks of arrogance; would have been better off not taking any action at all rather than insult us like this.
