Well theres always tunsil... That vid kinda scares me though.
it would get a lot of hate but I still see Buckner as an elite talent.
well that stings...
The Rams are really annoying me right now...

Mission BBQ. I went to the original the week it opened here in The Peoples Republic of Glen Burnie.
That place can do no wrong. Their Old Bay Ribs are consistently amazing. I never sauce them they are that good.
There are more Mission BBQ's popping up all over the place. I eat there pretty regularly and I have never been disappointed. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and there is nothing bad there.
LOVE MIssion BBQ
Agree 110% on Mission, my favorite restaurant by far, it's the only place in MD I've found "real BBQ" and now they have like 30+ restaurants I think all down the coast, I just hope the quality doesn't deteriorate with it expanding so much.

If he made it to 30 or 31 I'd be pounding the table for a trade up, I never liked Tread at 6 but love the thought of him at our second pick.
Just now, zuilyas said:I've heard that from others, too. Why would SD take Jack when they have Te'o and DP52?
Apparently they see Jack as a DB and a replacement for Weddle.
Back to the predictions, I'm gonna go real bold and say Treadwell falls to the 2nd.
I've said it before but if 2 QBs go I really think Tunsil could fall to us, I think SD goes Ramsey and then the only team that would take Tunsil would be Jax but they already have Joeckel and Beachum so I like our chances.
I'm liking the chances that 2 QBs go top 6 now, thinking Rams go Wentz and Browns go Goff.

And jernigan has not been consistent enough made the leap pro bowl caliber yet. And CJ Mosley regressed. That is not ignoring the defense. The ravens do not have To win ugly games with defense now. It has Joe Cools arm. The best way to win more games with one pick is give Joe Cool an elite left tackle to complete a very good to dominant oline!! Which helps sustain drives with blend of run and throw. and keeps the defense. The ravens can get Cravens and Ngakoue in round 2. Or even trade up for Spence or Nkemdiche. Ron Stanley will not mean neglect defense. A round3-4 tackle will likely end up your starter with Monroe's attention elsewhere not to mention his injuries!! Then the ravens are back on that ride again. Giving Monroe one more chance?? That is your left tackle!! Not a fullback and block occupying defensive tackle. Joe is a qb that gets far better when protected.
So you don't think we've neglected the defense?, it was probably a poor choice of words on my part but we've definitely neglected the CB position, and failed to develop almost anyone in the secondary. I still think our offense is in a way better place than our defense, while its nice to have a elite pass protector with Stanley, we run an offense that tends to get the ball out quick so that diminishes the value a bit, that's why I think we can afford to grab someone later and give them the chance to backup Monroe.

I like Ronnie Stanley quite a bit.. I will say I do not think we win the SB without Bryant McKinney playing the way he did down the stretch. He really turned it on in the same way Joe did and I think there is some underestimation on how much impact an elite OL can have. When Joe is given time I feel his game steps up several levels....there are some QBs who work fine with less time in the pocket like Tom Brady or Aaron Rodgers (Andy Dalton gets it out pretty quick too, even with his solid OL) and the difference between a great OL and an average OL for them is negligible...but guys like Joe Flacco and Eli Manning have a very different dependency on the OL for their productivity, and much of it can be scheme which can be changed but I do not want us to have Joe throwing everything under ten yards and three step drops--it is not his skill set that makes him special..very similar to Eli in that sense but Eli seems to take even bigger steps back with a bad OL as he loves to throw off his back foot with pressure, Joe usually tends to step into it and get nailed...
But do you see Stanley being worth taking at 6 if one or more of the top defensive guys are there? I cant deny Joe is better when he has a good O-line, but I like we were at on offense for the most part, I'm ready to give Monroe one more chance and maybe grab a better back up LT in the 3rd or 4th. I just can't wrap my head around neglecting the defense again.
30 minutes ago, JoeyFlex5 said:A LT alone won't win a super bowl but having a franchise qb with no LT and a solid young foundation, and a front office who often finds starters in rounds 2 and 4, I think an elite LT could put us over the top. the thing that would make me pause is the thought that we may need more than one year to get back on track so our first round pick could be relatively high next year, but if this was a year where everything was looking good and we had a healthy qb and didn't have question marks at wr and cb and pass rusher then I'd pound the table for it. It's probably not the smartest move but if we were to do it and then we have a deep playoff run and end up picking around 28 or so then it would look brilliant.
I'm just in the mindset that there's no non QB player that will make a huge difference in a 4 win season and a 12 win season. I don't see the point of giving up a first for an elite LT when we could stay at 6 and grab an elite defensive guy, which IMO could have a bigger impact, I truly hate to point to previous SB teams as a way to build a team but if the panthers had Tunsil during the SB how much would it really help them? Yeah it'd definitely help a bit but you can still move Miller or Ware to the other side and Cam would still be destroyed.
2 minutes ago, JoeyFlex5 said:Who would be okay with giving a first next year and our 3rd to trade up for tunsil? It's not a bold prediction but a bold move that is be ok with... I guess that goes in this thread?
I couldn't give up a first for a LT. I would only ever give up a first for a QB, a LT alone won't win you a Super Bowl like an elite QB can.

He's one of my favorites in the draft, he's gotta be one of the most elusive shifty backs in the draft but like you said the speed isn't exactly there, and as much as I like Dixon I'd really like to grab a RB to add some speed to our RB group.

BREAKING: #Baylor DE and NFL draft hopeful Shawn Oakman the latest BU player under investigation for Sexual Assault. Story coming.
Well at least he won't be called a bust anymore, because he's going undrafted.
I think a little bit of an under the radar high ceiling guy is Bronson Kaufusi, he put up really good agility and 40 times at the combine, he could be a beast if he goes to a team that (like us) can develop Dlineman.
highest floor on the D-line has to be Bosa and Buckner.
34 minutes ago, KBoum said:I just heard that 1 team who had a private workout with the QBs recently, really really like Wentz and have a high chance to trade with the Titans.
This is good news for Ravens fan. Imagine if Wentz goes 1st and the Browns pick Goff.. I'd be jumping.
I don't know who it is, Eagles or Rams
Edit : Now Peter King says its a 50/50 chance a deal is done
That would be awesome if 2 QBs went in the top 6, I could realistically see Tunsil or Bosa falling to us if that happened.
You really think he'll go that high? I think he could but idk I've never seen anything like this usually the international football players that make it to the NFL are signed as FAs not draft eligible, theres not much to go by. I like him though I'd be open to grabbing him but not sure I'd use a 4th on him.
The guy from Germany Moritz Boehringer could be a steal at wide receiver, it's a long shot I know, he got by in the GFL by being the best athlete on the field by a wide margin, but something to work with at 6'4" 225 pounds and a 4.40 looks like a hands catcher and looks really good on screens for someone his size, could be worth a flyer.
So I just checked out Keanu Neal after not hearing anything about him, I'm now seeing people have him as a late first early second rounder, and I can see why he looks pretty darn good explosive quick athlete who looks good in deep coverage as well as an enforcer in the box, looks instinctive didn't bite on the play action even against Bama, my only issue is that he doesn't wrap up consistently leading to some broken tackles but I don't think it's as bad as someone like Elam because Neal takes really good angles to the ball. Even with our recent bad luck with UF safety's I would really consider grabbing at 36 if he's there.
love all the players, not so sure about Calhoun at 36 I don't really see him as a first rounder like you do, more of a mid 2nd but if he fell to the end of the 2nd I'd gladly trade up for him.

I don't mean to undervalue run stuffing ability but you can find pure run stuffers later in the draft most of the time because most teams always go for the great athletes who have coverage or pass rush ability, I think we'd be in good shape if we could grab someone like Kentrell Brothers in the third who is an absolute beast against the run, And either Bosa or Buckner in the first would help our run D significantly.

The Falcons have agreed to terms with OLB Courtney Upshaw. #RiseUp
I read he's gonna play Sam for them, I think it's a really good fit. he might have to shed a few pounds but i think that defense will have him doing what he does best, stop the run and play some shallow zone coverages.

Myles jack, jalen ramsey, Jaylon smith, Ronnie stanley, and vh3 specifically, but at this point I think my opinions are pretty set in stone lol, I just don't like his tape that much for the listed reasons, he just gives up too much ground for my liking. I used to think Myles Jack was the one that had that problem until I did a lot more digging on him and I admitted I was wrong about him, but that's just how I feel about these guys after doing my due dilligence on them. early on in the draft process before I've really dug in the crates on players my opinions are bound to jump around a lot lol
Didn't you also say Nkemdiche was gonna be better than Watt? Sorry had to lol.
