  1. How is he not worth it? Isn't a 2nd round tender only like 2mil on the cap?
  2. Let's just trade for Manziel, he can run. And throw sometimes...
  3. First off the Titans just drafted Mariota 2nd overall and he looked decent, second we'd end up like da Browns if we dropped the only good QB this team has ever known, third Mallet isn't a starter, fourth Hogan is more than likely not a starter either, fifth a first and second in this draft isn't even worth a Super Bowl MVP, Six DOES NOBODY REMEMBER THE BOLLER DAYS?, I could go to a hundred or more but I think a resounding NO works just as well.
  4. OJ Howard, Bucky Hodges, Jake Butt and Jordan Leggett are returning to school, takes a huge dent out of the tight end pool as they were all probably top 5 at their positions.
  5. Yeah, I think CB is an obvious huge need and if Bosa fell to us I'd have a hard time passing, Buckner is my favorite guy but I understand that there's others that could probably help more I wouldn't be disappointed if we ended up with Bosa Buckner or even VH3 even though everyone has seemed to turn on him.
  6. Wilkerson's started a bit slow his first 2 years but has really been developing into a double digit sack guy.
  7. I don't know, his pass rush has come a long way, I was a fan of his last year and thought he could be a really good against the run. But after this season of his you could argue he was just as good or even better against the pass. He was always around the QB and put up good numbers against NFL caliber linemen. Even if he doesn't put up Watt/Wilkerson type numbers I think anything close to someone like Calais Campbell (7-9 sacks a year) would be worth taking at #6
  8. Ive noticed that too, people seem to be souring on him whether it's because we're less likely to get him at 6 or he's not a great fit for the 3-4. I still think we'd be stupid to not take him if he's there. If he's not there, Buckner is still my guy people say it's not a need but if he turns into a double digit sack guy like I think he can, then why does it matter where the sacks come from?
  9. I like him a lot, i really think he could be there in the second though. Unless he puts up great combine numbers.
  10. Fitzgerald Toussaint, from Bmore with love. Haha.
  11. What position do you see Ramsey playing if we draft him? I'm kinda scared to draft someone that high who doesn't really have a sure position.
  12. Read the post i was quoting.
  13. I think Allen is gonna have to pull the same thing Mario Edwards did at the combine last year, everyone thought Edwards was a 3-4 DE or a 4-3 DT, yet after being listed at near 300lbs he shows up under 280, runs a decent 40 and all of the sudden gets drafted as a 4-3 DE. I think Allen is gonna have to pick a position and work on either gaining weight or losing a little by the combine if he wants to go day one.
  14. Well to be honest i dont think anyone has ever had 5 Treadwell's and some of the QBs do just fine.
  15. if we're really getting technical it was 2014, our best offense in team history with more than a few good weapons, and even then Joe only had 2 games with 3 or more Td Passes, Even if we drafted Treadwell Joe still has to get him the ball and well frankly Joe has never been a great red zone QB.
  16. True but Flacco would still have to throw 5 TDs a game and I think he's only done that once lol.
  17. Yea I agree I don't think Kaep is that great a fit, I could see him making a move for Goff if he really wanted to move on from Kaep. Also with Kelly being hired it probably kills my idea that Torrey could be one and done in SF, he seems like a really good fit scheme and personality wise.
  18. For all that offense did, trestman still only won 13 games in 2 seasons cause the defense was so awful. We could draft 5 Treadwell's but I don't think it would help much if we're giving up 30 points a game.
  19. Man that'd be tough. I'd immediately rule out Ramsey, I think Ozzie would probably be between Bosa and Tunsil, but Buckner is just my favorite player and has been for too long to flip flop now lol.It really scares me that Buckner is being projected in the top 3 in some drafts.
  20. Im kinda hoping Robinson declares and lights up the combine, so he goes top 5 and leaves us Buckner. Deforest has been my favorite player in the draft for months now, but my only concern with him is would Pees make the most of him? Im afraid Pees would just use him to eat up blocks to clear our LBs for Blitzes and 1 on 1s on the outside.
  21. Glad Reed is starting to coach, disappointed it's not with the Ravens he could have given us some leadership at the very least, and I think that's the exact reason he's not here, if we wanted him he'd probably be here right now. But I think Harbs is probably still a little sore over the mutiny business and thinks Reed could effect his hold in the locker room.
  22. Man I'd rave about him right there with you, glad I'm not one of the only people freaking out about him now.
  23. I think he's versatile enough to fit in any defense but he's a really good fit for our defense specifically. He can penetrate and get in the back field with ease, but that Oregon defense had him stack and shed at the line vs the run a lot which is probably what he'd be asked to do here, he's good at looking thru Olinemen and staying patient, and I think he's strong enough to take on double teams to keep our LBs clean.
  24. Another thing I like a lot about him is he rarely takes snaps off, obviously Ravens like to use a rotation but I think Buckner(if we ever needed him to) could be like Watt in the way that he played 96% of the plays which is just unheard of for Dlineman.
  25. Poor guy, not gonna feel too bad for him though he brought it on himself. Not sure what makes these coaches think they can fix that dumpster fire. No matter how talented the browns are they always under perform.
