  1. Go figure Green isn't playing after we lose to the Steelers, ugh.

  2. Ladies and gentlemen, tonight is the night! hopefully no heart attacks happen and we land a legit game changer, Can't Wait!!!!!!

  3. why must the draft still seem to be light years away?! I cannot stop reading terrible rumors lol. I pray that either SD and Dallas make one big surprise pick that helps us with our premature celebrations.

  4. Even though he most likely won't be our pick, I watched a video on Shaq Lawson and seen how much he already is giving back to the community. He visits children at school and volunteers his time to help them and it makes you realize how much great character is worth when you draft a player. He might be the most humble player in the draft. I think he is a Raven like player on the field and off.

  5. Make my words, Ramsey or Tunsil will be a Raven!

How would you all not be excited about Tunsil?? Ya'll were excited about having JO for the years he was here, correct? You guys were excited about having K.O. for the time he was here, right? Then how can you not be excited to have a premiere LT? I think we have gone so long without a top LT that we forget how important and how great it is to have the blind side reliably protected on any given play, any given Sunday.

My only concern is Tunsil seemed to get hurt at points in his college career and he also has some off the field concerns, he was suspended for something. I'll be excited once the season starts if we get him no doubt, but on draft day when all the other teams got those exciting defensive players it will be hard to get as excited with a pick like Tunsil.

What happens when those 'exciting defensive prospects' have to face us and they get completely washed out by Tunsil leading the way on our offensive line, whether it be at LG initially or LT. I get pretty freaking pumped too when I see our O-Line pancake and ragdoll defenders while our back are running up field for huge gains, or pass rushers are gased and Flacco has time to put the ball on the money to get 6 because he has time. My favorite play might have been in last year's playoff game vs the Steelers where KO de-cleated Harrison and he threaded the needle to Torrey. It is all a matter of perspective. I miss having a premier LT that rarely gets beat and doesn't give up false starts as presents lol

  6. Man, If Pitta under some act of God makes a come back and stays healthy, our TE core is easily up there as the deepest and will give Flacco so many security blankets that we could see a lot of 3 TE sets on short yardage situations, especially if we landed Elliot.

  7. Hmm just thinking about this, which group post-draft sounds the most intimidating?:

Defensive line with Williams, Jernigan, Guy, Urban, and Buckner

Linebacker unit with Suggs, Dumervil, Z. Smith, Mosley, and Bosa or Myles Jack,

Secondary with Jimmy Smith, Hargreaves, Wright, Arrington, Webb, and Weddle.

    1. RaineV1

      RaineV1

I'd say the first one. Jernigan (when he plays with fire), Williams, and Buckner would be nearly unstoppable together.

I know! That's what I am thinking. Williams is a bull dozer and occupies a lot of space and commands double teams, which allows Buckner and Jernigan to burst through the Guards and gain a ton of pressure often

  8. Our Prayers are with Tray Walker

  9. No! Not Will Hill! Webby and Weddle it is I guess. Ball skills and coverage is more needed than hard hits and run support.

Hill was not the right one to be released IMO. Guess it came down to needing cap room.

So now I am guessing that the Ravens were aware of the upcoming 10 game suspension. Even if they weren't, probably would have been cut once that news came down.

      RavensDieHard21

ahhh I hadn't seen the suspension yet! I just saw he was released! Some players have a lot of talent and would rather party and end up washed up and bankrupt at some point. I loved Hill's passion, but he lied to us, his family, and himself about staying clean.

  10. Interesting debate I had today, Is Steve Smith more of a lock to make it into Canton over the other two major WRs of his era, whom are Reggie Wayne and Andre Johnson? . I think so, and hope this year SSS goes out in a blaze of glory as he was before his injury. Undeniably a rare talent that will be hard to find again.

Yes absolutely. On a side note TO should have gone in before Harrison

      gtalk12

TO pound for pound is a top 5 WR ALL TIME. the fact he did not make it in the first time was a joke. the Hall is for players and what they accomplished ON the field not off it or in a locker room. That was a joke

I agree there, too much animosity towards his character while off the field, instead of his crazy production on it. His numbers should speak for themselves, but I sorta see the case how selfish play and arrogance at time hurt his team just as much as his production on the field helped it. Harrison was just so consist with Manning and helped provide the foundation for the Colts to become very successful without the headaches.

  11. Would anyone else love to see the Ravens introduce a new alternative jersey to go along with the all black? I am always super envious of the Oregon Duck's jerseys and wish we would get some snazzier jerseys.

but yes they would look sick with a more modern day look.. something like the seahawks design

    3. RavensDieHard21

      RavensDieHard21

Just something with the sleeves or maybe on the sides of the numbers lol. Or even Raven wings on the shoulder pad area.

      raven22nation

The Ravens wings on the shoulders would be an awesome look no doubt. Would love to see it

  12. Well the Super Bowl just ended, now it's time to endure the pain of free agency....

  13. Just the SB match I was hoping it would be! Carolina v Denver will be interesting. Top scoring offense v top scoring defense. Interestingly though, Carolina has mastered the art of forcing turnovers. I hope it's a great game for everyone to watch.

  14. As a football fan, I just want to see the Patriots lose, whether it is to Peyton, or to a possible SB rematch to the Panthers. Brady's whining losing face is priceless lmao

-I dislike Peyton Manning. I hope my default team the Cardinals win the SB

I hope the NFC wins lol, wouldn't mind seeing either Carolina avenging their previous SB loss over a decade ago or Arians and Fitz winning one. I can't stand anything about the patriots. Yes, they are winners, but the way they do it and their shady past, along with their beyond arrogant fans, I just love watching when they lose.

  15. I'll predict an upset in NE and Arizona rolling Green Bay yet again. But wouldn't be surprised if BB and Brady have a couple tricks up their sleeves to win.

    1. rmcjacket23

      rmcjacket23

Don't think they'll need tricks. Hard for me to see many ways where KC puts points on the board.

      I like Pats comfortably

    2. RavensDieHard21

      RavensDieHard21

I think KC's aggressive defense will keep it close, but if NE goes up 10, game over.

  16. My most hopeful second round pick would be leonard Floyd slipping to us in the second! That guy is explosives!

There is virtually no chance of him dropping in the second. He is too talented

Much stranger things have happened. Likely? No.

    4. RavensDieHard21

      RavensDieHard21

You never know! Jernigan was a top 20 pick at one point. And Carl Davis was guaranteed to have been gone by the second, yet he fell to the third. I just want a fierce pass rusher to be groomed under Suggs and Doom. And have Smith inserted into McPhees old role.

  17. Bills and Rex Ryan beat us to signing Ed reed as a coach, hmmmmm, I hope he does great!

  18. The draft is just too far away, I think we all want to see these players at the combine!
