Yes I will agree that Flacco was the best quarterback the Ravens ever had but that's not really saying much. Trent Dilfer won a Super Bowl too. A lot of not so good QB's have won the Super Bowl. I just think he has been in Funk forever and we are still dealing with Offensive issues. Flacco is Not the best Quarterback that Baltimore has ever had though I will tell you that. Johnny U is my man!

I said Ravens. Please don't start with dilfer comparisons. I disagree. Dilfer couldn't have made those comebacks. Ray Lewis was in his prime and just to name a few other blue chip players -- Chris Mcallister, Jamie sharper, goose, Starks, Jamal Lewis in his prime, rod woodson and the list goes on. Dilfer didn't have to come from behind

  2. Flacco is by far the greatest QB the Ravens have ever had. I didn't like the contract either but what was to be expected after he had possibly the greatest playoff run in nfl history. If you run through manning and Brady on the road and win the SB you are going to get paid. He always responds under pressure. AFC north still wide open. I bet many of you that hate him so much probably turned the tv off during that Broncos divisional game. You can call it luck or whatever you want -- Flacco went out there and won that game. Always remember ?

  3. 1) Please increase your font size. Thanks.

    2) We probably wouldn't have to pay him for than 2-3 million dollars a year.  According to rmw10 we have $4.3 million in cap space, and so we should be able to afford him unless it comes down to a bidding war with a team that has room to burn.

    3) Here are 7 teams that NFL.com has listed as the most likely landing spots for Flowers. The Ravens aren't on the list, but I still think we can make it work.

My bad about the font size. I didn't make it that small on purpose. That sucks that the Ravens aren't on that list. I doubt they will make a move.

  4. This was a smart move. People are going to have a tough time running on Bmore. We are trying to establish the best rush defense in the league once again. If anyone can remember those days. When you shut down the run you make your opponent one dimensional. When a team is one dimensional play action doesn't work and anyone can sit back in the secondary and pick off passes simply because you have the luxury to drop more men into coverage. We can still get DB's.

  5. Im not going question Ozzie. I just hope Mosley stays healthy. Hip problems are very serious and they don't heal. Ask Ed Reed. Remember how good Sergio Kindle was, that dumb butt fractured his skull on some stairs. When is Kapron Lewis Moore going to play? We need to draft HEALTHY and SMART PROSPECTS.
