With the 110th pick in the 2015 Draft a Franchise The Homers select:
Brandon Williams, DT
Only one person is ahead of me and I'm deciding between two players, so I should be set to go right after Truth's pick.
Peters has a few nagging injuries, but when healthy he's really good.
sorry if that was your guy, he was a huge value here imo.
He was my last chance to get a top LT. But oh well. I have a couple other guys I want to get, he was just on the top of the list.
Dammit. I was really hoping Veldheer would slide just a little farther. ![]()
Wow, someone is really not a fan of the last three picks. Warford is a very solid interior lineman. He's a great choice.
I went ahead and made a board. Well, not so much a typical board but at least a list of names for every position. This should make things simpler.
Baltimoreflacco has a hella lotta weapons on offense. The question is who does he have on the o line and at QB? Especially the latter, because that room got empty real fast
There is one QB still on the board that could be great with those weapons.
Looks like Alaska Alaska! won't be on today. I've got my pick locked and loaded for the minute his pick expires, in case anyone behind me was wondering.
(That'll jinx it so he comes on now and make me look silly for saying that, right?)
And he'll take the person you wanted. ![]()
I would have taken Ben, rivers or Ryan ahead of tannehill.
I'd be scared of drafting Big Ben. I'll give the guy a ton of credit for what he did before, but all those hits have to eventually catch up to him. I'm just expecting him to have a major drop off in production at some point. And Ryan has iffy decision making in big games.
I think Tannehill can be a really effective quarterback if you give him a solid line to protect him, something the Dolphins haven't really done.
ludy i hate you, that was the next guy on my board and i thought he was gonna fall
Honestly, I'm surprised he lasted as long as he did. Evans is a beast, and a major mismatch with damn near every corner in the league. I even expected him to go before AJ Green.
To me a truly great center can make all the difference in the world for an offensive line, they can raise the play of the lineman around them. Alex Mack is the best center in football right now, and he's still got a good six or so more years left in him.
With the 83rd pick in the fantasy draft, the Homers select:

Alex Mack, Center
I plan on getting revenge for that Gronkowski pick
Heh, we'll see about that.
I know who it is that I really want. Just gotta cross my fingers and really hope that no one else takes him.
3 picks left before I'm up again and I have a 3 man board.
And then all three of those guys get picked back to back before your turn. ![]()
Tyron Smith is perhaps the best LT in the league, but more importantly, he is only 24. I'll take him here.
Nice pick, was wondering when the first O-lineman would be taken.
I was seriously considering going o-line with my pick, but I just couldn't pass up Gronk. Great pick, and a good first lineman to go.
Ugh. Gronk was 1 PICK AWAY!!!!
I knew it. I knew he was one of the three guys you wanted to pick. As for Wagner, it seems early for a MLB, and personally I'd build in the trenches before going LB. But he's not a bad pick.
Truth took the 3rd guy left in my top 3 I wanted.
You're up.
NVM, you picked before the reminder.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Why did I even think of hoping to get Gronk?
I'm surprised I was even able to get him. I expected him to go earlier.
With the 48th pick in the 2015 Draft a Franchise, the Homers select:

Ron Gronkowski, te
Trying to decide between 3 people for my upcoming up. There's two flashy picks I could go with, or I could go in an Ozzie like direction and pick an amazing football player who'll be the cornerstone of the team but doesn't play at a position that gets the spotlight.
I think his QB was Arod
Rodgers throwing to Beckham would just wouldn't be fair to other teams.
And there goes the first corner. I'm actually a bit surprised that someone went for a defensive back in the first round. I was expecting all QBs and linemen.

I picked Williams because he's young, and he seems to make life easier for everyone around him. He stops runs up the middle, he takes up two lineman on just about every play, he keeps linemen away from linebackers, he pushes the pocket back a bit making it hard for QBs to step up to avoid edge rushers, he's athletic enough to follow runs to the right or left, and he simply has physical tools that can't be taught. Williams seems like a great centerpiece for the front seven that just makes everyone around him look better, and he's probably only going to get better with time.
