    It's kinda sad that the nfl netwoerk can end up behind by a few picks in the first round just because they take forever to just make the announcement.

    They passed on Hooker for a first and second round pick. Not just for Peppers. And late first isn't a bad spot to pick Peppers.

    If we got Hooked then he'd be the startinv FS with Weddle ar SS. Jefferson would be a nickle linebacker and backup safety. Or we'd just run a lit of three safety sets on defense.

    I think the Cowboys had a bigger impact in that regard. I just don't see him going in the top five because of the needs of those teams, and who else will be available. Though he definitely doesn't make it past the Panthers.
