  1. With the 366th pick in the draft, The Homers select: Brandon Lafell, WR
  2. Yeah, I'd be cool with letting him have an extra pick due to that. Maybe when it's his turn again, Berad can get two picks, due to the insane circumstances of loving Davis.
  3. Huh. I forgot Bradford was still around. Honestly, I'd take him over the last couple of quarterbacks taken. At least when he's healthy.
  4. I think having elite linebackers doesn't help when there's no one in front of them, and yeah, you shouldn't have gone 3 receivers so early when the position is deep. You should have gotten some other positions early. I'll ask the same question, what do you guys think of The Homers so far?
  5. I know the Dolphins aren't particularly known for having great linebackers, but Jenkins had a break out season last yeah, racking up around 90 solo tackles, 3.5 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, and grading as one of the best cover linebackers in the league. He was to their linebacker corp what Jimmy Smith was to the Raven's secondary, that one bright shining star.
  6. With the 338th pick in the Draft A Franchise, The Homers pick: Jelani Jenkins, OLB
  7. I didn't neg the Terrance Williams pick, but I get why it was negged. He's not bad as a complimentary receiver, but I wouldn't have taken him this early. There's still players with higher potential around, and guys that can get more separation.
  8. Guys named Lewis just seem to do well with the Ravens.
  9. 3am est, assuming he's still on the 12hr timer.
  10. According to his roster, he does have Mike Lupati, so one o-lineman, and no secondary.
  11. Elliot Harrison over on NFL.com put together a team of the top underrated players, and three Ravens (Forsett, KO, and Daryl Smith) were included: http://www.nfl.com/photoessays/0ap3000000494992
  12. I thought of taking Reggie Nelson in the last round, but decided to go with a younger safety. Still, good pick. Nelson will be a good leader for your secondary.
  13. Damn. Was really hoping Decker would last to my next pick.
  14. I don't know about the Roddy White pick. He probably has a couple more good years in him, but I'd be hesitant to take a 33 year old to be my top receiver. Especially when there's still high quality, outside receivers still on the board.
  15. Was hoping Jarvis Landry would continue to fly under the radar a bit. He's a great pick.
  16. Grubbs is a solid pick. He's on the wrong side of 30, but he should have another three years or so of good play in him.
  17. Thanks. He just seemed like the best lineman available, and according to PFF, he was the best run blocker at RT last season.
  18. With the 302nd pick the fantasy draft, The Homers select: Derek Newton, RT
  19. I have two guys in mind for the HC position.
  20. HC. When the game was being set up it was decided that it'd be a bit too much to ask people to set up a whole coaching team. Though once all the HCs have been picked, there'd be nothing really wrong with saying who you would have picked to be the OC and DC.
  21. Well, there goes our chance of having zombie Vince Lombardi vs mummy Bill Walsh.
  22. Nope. It was said that you could take literally anyone to be a coach. A current HC, someone from the college ranks, a coordinator, or a past player.
  23. What if you're taking a guy that isn't currently a head coach?
  24. Harbaugh being the second coach gone doesn't surprise me, and he's a good coach to take if you haven't finalized your team, as he's pretty flexible.
  25. Doug Free was one of my targets. I'm actually pretty surprised he lasted as long as he did.
