From pre-season SB contender to this debacle? I don't think I've ever seen such a season. Credit to the guys on the field today who stepped up and played with some fire. This personnel mess may take more than one season to remedy, unfortunately.

Ravens need to shore up the left side of the O-Line, from Center to Tackle. Monroe is soft and often injured, KO will likely be gone, and Zuttah was merely average before he got hurt. In a way, the victory today may have set us back a bit in the draft, but I'll take it The game got chippy and the Ravens showed some backbone, especially on defense.

Noticed Eugene Monroe was conspicuously out of the lineup as the game went on. Having the entire starting left side of the line out with injuries, from center to tackle, made this a dangerous work environment for Joe. In fact, it was Hurst rolling around that injured Joe's leg. Defense earned a game ball this afternoon, and overcame a rash of penalties (most earned, some questionable).

The last two drafts have been very good to excellent, though a rash of injuries has slowed the development of many of those players. Here's hoping the Ravens have another good draft, and can find a way to overcome the injury bug. This is ridiculous. Makes one wonder if the pro turf being to widely used is contributing to all of the achilles and knee injuries.

Brooks should play every snap he is physically able to. Ozzie needs to see how well he and the other young guys can develop, as they will either be the nucleus to build on or will need to be jettisoned in favor of better players.

Webby, hate to break it to you, but you HAVE gotten older. You played FS in college, and have lost a step in the pros due to your many injuries. If the team needs you at FS, continue to collect your CB paycheck, have a coke and a smile and play the damn position.

If Joe could make an accurate deep throw, or throw as a receiver makes his break, Givens may have a shot to put up big numbers. Alas...

Ravens need to draft the best LT, OLB, CB, or WR available with the first 3 picks in the draft, and then fill in the remaining gaps through free agency. Given Ozzie's track record, signing a good WR via free agency is probably the best course of action. Of course, that means Ozzie will draft 2 DTs in the first 3 rounds or, since he likes to draft counter to the strength of a draft (i.e. Mosley in the arguably the best WR draft ever), he will take 2 OGs.

It would seem that if the Ravens are running a TE-heavy passing attack, they would naturally be able to run more out of those sets. That has clearly not been the case.

Hope this kid can come back right, and come back ready. This franchise can't afford to whiff on the high-round draft picks (Elam, Arthur Brown, Cody, Kindle,...)

Welcome to the team Larry, Moe, and Curly. Won't bother learning your names as you won't be around long enough to make it worthwhile and will be replaced by another three stooges Ozzie will grab from the Dollar Store while he's out buying some candy before a movie.

Inconsistent and overzealous officiating is absolutely ruining the product on the field. One can't enjoy a big play in the moment any longer without rightly waiting for a flag, usually for a tricky-tack infraction that could be assessed on ANY play. Much of this falls to the rulebook, which is the size of the US Tax Code. What constitutes a catch? What constitutes a legal hit on a WR or a QB? No one knows, so the refs err on the side of caution and toss the laundry and wait for replay to sort it out. They are killing the game, especially when one actually attends in person and has to sit through replay pauses AND TV timeouts.

The only thing that HASN'T changed from last year are the elements of our running game (O-Line, Juice and Forsett). What has changed is our commitment to the run and ability to execute it. Everyone knows that the Ravens typically lose when Joe chucks the ball more than 40 times a game. He needs an effective play action game to help receivers get wide open because he can't make anticipation throws or put much touch on the ball to throw away from the defender when a receiver is covered. This is all on Trestman. Harbs needs to clean out the coordinators, or he may find himself in Detroit in the future.

Not surprised that we lost, or how we lost. Just doesn't change the feeling of disappointment and disgust. I think the team missed an opportunity to shake things up over the BYE as they claimed they would.

The best coordinator moves we made...firing Cam Cameron, releasing Greg Mattison and hiring Kubiak...were made despite Harbs' objections.

I hope this was another example of exquisite coaching and precision execution to intentionally tank the remainder of the season with looking like they were trying to tank the season.

Doom, you are fine. You were actually hustling and playing to win. One could easily blame dropped passes, stupid turnovers, blown coverages (AGAIN!) and a missed FG on this loss!

Ravens are totally going to win the closest margin of defeat over a 16-game season championship.

Another very typical 2015 loss...stupid turnovers, couldn't cover against the pass, and some back-breaking penalties. Good news is, 2 of those 3 things are easy to turnaround in an offseason. The third, pass defense, can be fixed most easily with a D-Coordinator change (we are otherwise locked into the defensive players and their contracts).

Just saw the NFL Films on "Cleveland '95". Really makes you appreciate what we have here in Baltimore and better able to take a down year with a grain of salt. Also made me wonder what things might have been like if Belichik made the move with the rest of the staff to Baltimore....

Tailgating areas would be spots where would-be terrorists could stage or even conduct an attack. The key to safety will be vigilance and communication.

Ray just needs to train for the MMA or something. Dude needs the spotlight, and really needs an outlet for his competitive drive.

Even with the injuries, this rookie class has stepped up and will go down as one of Ozzie's most solid drafts. It's certainly one of the best since drafting Flacco, Rice and Pitta in '08.
