Kubrick covered him up he was a D-Lineman when he played and personally I never thought he was very good. 

Yeah but each board varies according to whose board you use. Some are better than others.

Done several mocks on there Elflein has generated gone in 2nd to 3rd in most of them. I disagree with that but whatever works 2nd could be realistic but not 3rd.

Also the open feild tackling is a must. We don't need a guy to knock the snot out of somebody ( although that's nice to see) we just need a guy who will wrap up and not allow unnecessary YAC - which has KILLED us.  

Yes that's what I was thinking obviously being that he played at SDSU I have not seen him play much caught a little of their bowl game so I need to look at him more. Also the 5'10 part I wish was a bit taller but by the scouting report I think he a Tavon could both play some outside if we missed on Jones or the Buckeye CBs Lattimore or Conley

Pitta is signed through 2018 so I doubt we add years to him on an extension due to his age and injury history at the most one year to lower his hit but I can't see that. Weddle is signed through 2019 so it would get messy trying to redo his contract so that is not an option. Wallace I could see adding a year to lower his cap hit because 8mil isn't going to happen. Powers is already a FA so no issue there. B. will is nice but I'm not paying top dollar for him. I view Wagner as more important plus resign Guy, Juice, and maybe Aiken. Hurst is cheap work him all offseason and see if he shows improvement so no rush there. Zuttah bye period no sweat. Now for the tricky part Dumervil cutting him can create 6 mil in cap space but we already need pass rushers so does it really help. Webb played decent but then Elam is a FA and that leaves Kendrick Lewis as a starter no thanks and Levine is the only other S on the roster. Wright didn't play well and I could move on and I'm fine but we need more help at CB Jimmy and Tavon are fine Canady comes back and I think we cut Arrington. 

Cuts savings Dumervil 6.0. Wallace 5.75. Pitta 3.3. Webb 5.5 Wright 2.66 Zuttah 2.39 Watson 3.0

so that is 28.60 mil but creates 3 massive holes OLB, S, WR add Lewis and Arrington that's 3.9 more.

Also we do have Maurice Canady coming back at CB who is a bigger CB and could help out as a replacement to Wright although I still would like another CB but pass rush is by far our biggest need. As far as S it depends on Webb coming back but otherwise we have no depth as Elam and Lewis are both free agents I believe so unless we go back to Levine at S.

I like B. Will but the priority tree should be Wagner, Juice/Guy, Aiken, then Williams because if we lose Wagner O-line becomes a dire need more so than now. Also I feel better about Stanley/Lewis/draft pick/Yanda/Wagner than the configuration without Wagner. We already must get a pass rusher and CB as a must in the first 2-3 picks with WR and O-line as areas of need as well but it becomes worse if we lose Wagner and Aiken.

His knack for making his own big plays (15 turnovers caused over his career) is certainly intriguing as well.

Sorry guys, Orr is the most overrated on the team ala John Urschel and Crockett Gillmore. He's good, no doubt about it. I'm glad we have him. But he takes a lot of poor angels in the run game, is hesitant to pursue, can't change direction well. He's a good coverage backer, but CJ Mosely is so much better it's not even funny. We all got to see what happened when Orr had to be the #1 ILB, he was atrocious. 

 

We all know how good Weddle is.

Orr was a tackling machine and better in coverage than CJ I think he is very underrated.

I would agree I like Jackson but Jones is more sound.

Marks WR WSU last year was amazing stat wise contemplated coming out last year didn't see much or look at him yet for this year but will do some research. 

Johnson G NDSU I watched some of the Bison games he manhandled the D-line of Iowa as well as everyone else he faced this year. 

Steven Taylor edgeHouston heated a lot about him but haven't checked him out

bryan Cox edge Florida I believe he is injured but could be a mid round guy to look at as a 2nd edge guy this year hopefully 1 in first 2 rounds.

Don't tease me until Pees is gone I got my hopes up to find he hasn't been fired yet. Leslie Frasier is the guy I would want although I like the idea of one of the Cards coaches but Frasier would be my choice
