    I had faith in Oz when we chose CJ round 1 and i even warmed up to him, but this draft has been absolute crap. You finally choose a TE and he could be had later.       Darby, just have a little faith in Oz and give Kubiak's offense a chance. The reality is, we won't know how well we did in the draft until about midway through the season and it goes without saying, by that time, it's too late to go back and change it. While I personally have not been overwhelmed with the picks, I wouldn't say that I'm disappointed in them either.
