  1. No but it shows he played the position well. Yes he is, He's had multiple good years at FS. I laugh at the fact you just called antrel rolle a good SS. He's had like one good year his enitre career. He was very good at FS in 2014 which was the position he played for the majority of snaps. He moved to SS because the ravens saw Kendrick lewis as a FS who could create turnovers and so he MOVED. Tunsil or bosa aren't getting out of the top four. Hargreaves is probaly going in the 5-8 range and we'll probaly be picking towards the back half of the top 10. Will hill is not going anywhere we're not gonna let our top Safety hit the FA market he's also not to tied to will hill at all.
  2. Will Hill isn't a liability at FS....He's very good in coverage. We have THREE solid players (Will hill being a very good to elite player obviously) webb is a solid CB, Jimmy smith has shown he can play at a high level (Another year to get that foot right maybe?) Also Shareece Wright has played well somewhat he can be a solid no.4 CB for us. Vernon Hargreaves is a fit for our current system...which will likely change when pees gets fired/ Leaves/retires/whatever. On the small chance he DOES return then he's a perfect system I'm just being realistic since we'll probaly end up picking between 5-8 Ramsey is a solid fit there. Hargreaves will likely be gone by the time we pick, Ramsey is the top safety prospect in this class for a reason because he's a damn good safety.
  3. If he's an above average starter that's fine with me that's exactly what you should expect of course you want him to be a star but Above average starter is fine with me. He's a CB/SS and is easily one of the top 5 CB prospects in the draft and the top SAFETY in the class. He is a SAFETY. Ed Reed was a SS and FS most people forget that.
  4. it's not an injustice it's a position he's played well and can play well again. You put your best 11 on the field, If we drafted ramsey he'd play SS, CB and will hill would rotate between FS and SS. It gives us versatility we sorely lack.
  5. Thanks it's literally the only thing that rhymes with bosa so. Mimosa's for all.
  6. Ballhawks are overrated INTs/turnovers are very much luck, Don't get me wrong it's not ALL luck but how the ball bounces is a big part of it. I like thompson and have a 3rd round grade on him because he He's overly aggresive, he needs more disciplned and do a better job controlling his body. Potential is there though, Will Hill played FS in his first year with his he can move between SS and FS, Aka he can go to FS and ramsey can go to SS/CB and rotate between there. Versatitly ftw.
  7. Obviously not majorly because they've never tried it except for the terrance brooks/Matt elam debacles. Webb's slight versatlity is nice though. For clearance Elam and brooks played different positions in the secondary because of injuries in 2014 and then got injured themselves and have since become borderline rosterable. I have hope for brooks, Elam 1/10 chance he plays well in his contract year (Jimmy smith did it) and elam did have a solid rookie season so lessgo elam. I think we end up going pass rusher or whatever top player ozzie likes. Joey bosa is possible if we pick at 4-6. Hargreaves or ramsey I wouldn't hate but I'd rather have bosa since we have some potential at S and CB. Upshaw's gone Suggs+Dumerville are aging/getting expensive. Smith looks pretty decent for a rookie (Way better than his kentucky counterpart for the steelers) order me a mimosa for bosa baby.
  8. It's not impossible the draft class has some blue chippers (6ish by my count) We should pick in the 4-10 range so we'll see.
  9. He's played well at Safety and CB he's a top 16 player at safety, a top 45 player at CB. Cause he's a damn good safety. Yes safety, Most likely barring the ravens thinking he's a really good CB (The tapes there for a top 45 player at CB but he's better at safety) He has expierence with both and he's played fairly well at both position he can play both, Versatility is a nice thing to have. If we're picking towards the back end of the top 10 (6-10) I'd say he's good enough for that pick at safety. Playing both makes him definitley worth it however.
  10. well it's not like he's gonna cost a fortune they might bring him back on a cheap 1 year deal.
  11. How will we attack a seahawks defense that is playing lights out...? We won't. I see this as a blowout and might not even watch we just aren't healthy enough to even be slightly competeitive.... The defense is solid but the offense...Dear lord it's a nightmare. Matt schaub was solid-ish. Jimmy clausen barley knows the offense...we could be HISTORICALLY bad sunday. i'd be suprised if we scored more than 7 points.
  12. No. god no mallet is a joke of a QB The mental part of his game is awful and he's a horrible teammate. Sure he has ARM STRENGTH AND "OMG HE BACKED UP BRADY" he's flamed out already we don't need a locker room plague like mallet.
  13. Um.....DId you just say matt schaub is better than joe flacco and joe flacco makes excuses? Joe doesn't need to make excuses nor does he make them. He takes accountability for his play, And no offense but this supporting cast is down to its 2nd or 3rd string everything except TE. There's only so much you can overcome, Joe wasn't exactly dominanting but he's still a way better option than schaub get your knowledge right man.
  14. Can someone ban sanchez the ad bot pls? thanks. Lololol schaub could either be god awful or suprisingly competent it doesn't matter (Hoping average so he can get paid so we can get a COMP pick but we still lose out)
  15. Ok normally I'd just respond to every quote but I don't feel like doing every single one so I'll do it all in one big summary. When I watch Boyd (I've said I'm not really up to date on the entire WR Class but I've watched boyd for about 6-7 games so my analysis isn't 100%) I'm not saying this to get a riot out of anyone joey...I barely post here so why bother? I compared boyd to benjamin because I see a similair type of reciever, Boyd's route running isn't THAT good. He's better than benjamin for sure and a better athlete but I just see a lot of benjamin in his tape. Recievers DO beat double teams (Good ones anyway) let's set the bar high shall we? At best tyler boyd is keenan allen at worst he's kelvin benjamin (Though whether he does anywhere near that good is yet to be determined let's just assume he's similair to those prospects) He has issues that will knock him down the draft board, Off the field issues, Ok-ish to sloppy route running, Not overly fast. (Probaly will do a 4.6 40 time if his technique isn't that good) I just don't like boyd when I watch the tape I see stuff I don't like (Sloppy route running etc. Not getting the sepertation he should in college agaisnt bad oppenets) Shrug. One DUI inicident usually is indcative of stupid decision making (though many players do this and don't get caught I take charecter concerns seriously because he's stupid enough to put himself in that situation to begin with) It's a grade down for me.
  16. Susoended for the season opener for a DUI. Rumors of other stuff though it's all rumors. I like his tape but it's nothing special, He's not getting seperation this year and he's a little undersized at 185-190ish. His routes aren't awful but they could definitley be better. He reminds me of kelvin benjamin a lot (Which is good in theory when you look at benjamin you know he can do better) Either way Ravens need WRs (Preferabley veterans) cause we cant expect SSS to produce at 37 off an Achillies tear, Perriman should be the no.2 or no.3 WR (depends on how far he develops but that should be the expectation for right now) Annnd boyd has dropped some key passes.
  17. Brooks is a bust then...Dang. Webb doesn't wanna play FS Wait whaaaatttttt
  18. Upshaw who knows,, Canty is gone cause we don't need that veteran leadership anymore. Davis's best game came in week 1 after that Idk what happened. He's been ok to below average since, KPL+Brent will probaly never be what they could've been
  19. He's not beating double teams, his YPR is...Um what 10.4 yeards? Not a great showing of seperation right there. His route running needs work, off the field issues. No thanks I do not like immature recievers who cannot get seperation in college.
  20. Nope. But still it's a win for getting something for a player he just would've cut
  21. I like schaub but his arm strength scares the hell out of me. Idk if it's him just being older and getting a looot of wear over the years that made it drop off in 2013 but damn if it didn't look weak. Schaub wishing you luck man (for comp pick reasons) plus I wanna see you do well for yourself...good luck schauby.
  22. Tyler boyd isn't overly fast, Seperation issues and has off the field issues no thanls. I'm not familair with this draft class (WR wise anyway) cause I scout after the season (though might start early cause schaub...) ANYWAY. Good traits to look for in a reciever is a guy who runs good routes (DUH but this is usually forgotten about if he's fast) Blocks for his teammates, Runs his route even if he know's he's not the primary reciever. Makes 3rd down catches, YAC ability, Big hands.
  23. Jalen ramsey is the S to want...He's a top 10 talent and I'm not a massive fan of safetys going top 10 unless they're ed reed. I'll take a higher position of value thanks, CB is a need but not worth a top 10 pick cause of Webb,Smith etc. 2nd round yes. first no
  24. Chip kelly is a solid HC who tried to be a GM and failed is he an amazing genius? No. He's not bad but he's definitley got issues. Annnd lesean trade is still a win for kelly cause Salary cap $$.
