  1. I wonder that when they draft a player, can they put a 5th year option instead of a 4th that way we have a extra year on thier rookie year. Joe Flacco had a 5 year rookie deal while CJ Mosley have a 4 year rookie deal. CJ Mosley should have a 5 year rookie deal and we wouldn't have to worry about it until two more years.
  2. I heard that Timmy Jernigan is on the trading block. Or thinking about trading him since they can't afford him next year. http://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2017/3/24/15050162/michael-lombardi-says-the-ravens-are-talking-about-trading-timmy-jernigan-nfl-draft-brandon-williams
  3. That's is very hard to find another Ray Lewis. I don't think there will ever be another Ray Lewis. Ray is one of a kind leader. 👍
  4. If we do get Juju in the 2nd, then l hope we get Barnett in the 1st and then a corner in the 3rd round or trade back to the second round and get a corner. But man l also really want to get Zach Brown though to replace Orr but it looks like they probably won't get him because they would've been interested by now. I guess the Comp picks will be affected.
  5. I like Derek Barnett as well in the first round as to l only think that he could be similar to Suggs is. I wouldn't mind drafted him in the first round if Mike Williams and Corey Davis are off the board and he's still on the board. That's is a great pick for Ozzie. 👍
  6. Yeah, the Raiders been hitting most of those picks usually because they been bad for so long and kept picking at the top 10 picks for many years. Their top players mostly been in the top 10 picks. The Raiders got some good pieces then in there on defense. I still like the Ravens though imo as of now. They do got a better pass rush because of Mack though. There team is in better shape as a whole as in talent wise and cap wise but they do will have to pay Carr, Cooper, and Mack top dollar in the future.
  7. Its a product of ones inability to be objective. People were saying the same things about KO last year. And they would chastise the guy for being "selfish" and taking the money. And that kind of thing just blows my mind. Its a physical sport. Every single game there is a chance that a guy could suffer a career ending injury. You have to take as much as you can get in your first contract because there in no guarantee that you will get another one. After he signed with Oakland there were people that were so bitter that they would say irrational things like... Its a black hole in Oakland.... He is never going to win there..... If It was me I would take a hometown discount so I could play on a winning team. yada yada. The last one is the one that gets me though. Heck I would trade all of our players for all of their players in a heartbeat. I wouldn't even have to think about it. That team is going to be a legitimate contender in the playoffs for many years to come. I feel sorry for the city though. Just when the franchise is getting back on track they move. It reminds me of the Supersonics. I wouldn't trade our defense though or our special teams that's for sure. Lol.
  8. It usually always does. I wish Juice could stayed but that what it is by having salary cap.
  9. Imo, I think Ozzie should find pieces of O-line the middle rounds and save a 1st round pick on a Wr/passrusher. Ozzie does find gems of O-line late such as Marshal Yanda and Rick Wagner was. I hope we could get either Mike Williams/Corey Davis or Barnett with our 1st round pick and then get a corner with our second.
  10. Yeah... the Cowboys probably might get him in the end of the first round. 👍
  11. Blue clues Lol. I remember that show when l was a kid.
  12. Still doubt it. At best, I think he ends up on a PUP list for whoever drafts him, meaning he misses half the season. Basically a redshirt year for him. Rookie corner coming off a major injury with like 6 months to recover... not worth the risk. Probably... but if the Ravens drafted him in the second round and that he had to miss 6 games on the PUP list, we won't have no problem with that since we sign Carr. After the 6 games has passed, Sidney Jones can slowly contributed to the defense. The only real risking question is that will he lose a step in the NFL since his injury? Will he lose his full potential? Will he still be the same Sidney Jones in college?
  13. I would to love to get Sidney Jones in the 2nd round now since he would be still playing this season but l'm worried that this injury might have loss his full potential. He might still be drafted in the 1st now after that news but in the second round, l wouldn't mind trading up for him. I just hope he doesn't lose a step after that injury. The Cowboys might take him at the end of the 1st round round since both Carr and Claiborne left.
  14. I wish Steve Smith could've help us to play one more year until we find his replacement next year but anyway; free agency on offense wasn't really spectacular. It was mostly 30+ year old recievers in the market that was close to be out of his prime. Also RB's and OL. I'm glad the upgrade the defense. I was tired of the secondary causing us to lose at the last possession of the game. The draft could help us a little as well I need 2018. 2018 could be a good year for us.
  15. Last season #38 was assigned to Jumal Rolle. Ok thanks. 👍
  16. Yeah l heard. He came to visit the Ravens today. 👍
  17. I think we need to go WR, OLB, O-line, RB and then CB just given how deep this draft is for quality CBs... I think we can get a good developmental CB in the 4th round. I seriously can't believe your endorsing Ozzie to pick another receiver in the first round. Were still waiting for the last one to show up. We really don't have much of a choice to be honest unless we sign a Wr before the draft. We are thin at Wr so if Mike Williams or Corey Davis is there, we have to draft them. If they're both gone, then go to the other route a get a pass rusher instead or whatever.
  18. I think Carr wouldn't look to bad at number 38. Who has number 38? But number 24 is a good number. 👍
  19. i like brown as well but he is out of our price range with what we have left in cap space. still have to pay the rookies and have emergency $$ for in season signings when injuries occur. imo if correia does not step up than ozzie and the scouts will have dropped the ball on an early round pick yet again. hoping he is the real deal. I wonder if who ever sign Zach Brown, l wonder what his deal would be. If it's higher than we made the right decision, if it's a not then Ozzie didn't even tried.

If they don't get Brown, they gonna have to get a LB early. I wish they could get Brown so they could fill that void right away and maybe even a better upgrade. All well we'll see what happens. I wish Orr didn't have to retire.
  21. I hope they can extend Mosley. The quicker they extend him the better. 👍
  22. Yes l do. That's my opinion. I don't care what anyone says. Anyway that's not my decision, it's Ozzie if he don't sign him then he don't sign him. Simple. I'm just thinking suggestions, he could be high could be cheaper idk. He's been in the market for awhile that l think he won't be expensive. Don't take it personally with my opinions.
  23. I don't. He's been on the market quite a while and his price probably drop. 3 years 20M will probably be enough to sign him if they want. He also fired his agent due to making him being overpriced. LOL, well at 3 years, $20M you already know why we aren't going after him... because we don't have that kind of money to spend. With that kind of price tag for a #2 MLB, we wouldn't be able to extend Mosley in a year or two. He'd have to be in the $3-4M/year range or even less for us to entertain it. You do realize that spending $6-7M/year on a second ILB is a ton right? 6-7M doesn't equal to 20M so it have to be at 5.5M a year which l do think he will accept. But l really don't think that's is the cause because l know they could get him if they really want to, it's because the compensatory pick that Ozzie loves smh. They could still cut Arrington and Watson to free some room as well.
  24. LOL here we go again. Ready to pounce huh. No, it's not. He probably would be even accept 5M a year.
