  1. I think you have a decent point. if Cook is there with the likes of the lower edge, WR, Cb players I think he is a good pick for the Ravens at 16. The biggest factor is can he start and carry the Ravens as a rookie in the NFL. I just don't have the information to know that. I would say that only the top decision makers will have to decide that. If the Ravens do not take a RB early, I think they should consider someone like Hightower or maybe Hillman in FA. A relatively inexpensive vet, downhill, big guy who can bust into a D line and hopefully get some first downs. I'm just not sure about West yet. He did ok but he needed Dixon to spread the load. He seemed to have trouble with 2nd down, or better put, back to back running plays. With Dixon out, Woodhead will be called on. I really like Woodhead, but he is also not that downhill- bust into the line- type of RB. As far as WR I'm a little less worried, though I think the Ravens pick up at least one WR in the draft and another veteran FA. If the Ravens can get the running game in gear, I think we see Perriman and Wallace both break 1000 yds each. With Pitta, Woodhead, Dixon all around 500. Joe will be right around the 4000 mark once again but he should improve rating, TD and completion ratios. If they draft Cook, then they probably will cut somebody. I don't see how they will carry 4 RBs. But honestly, l think we need more of a passrusher or Wr in the 1st and a corner between the 2nd or 3rd round. I don't want to see Ozzie wait into the 4th round and draft a corner when mostly all of those talent corners will be gone by then.
  2. Bro, l think you need a tutor to help you take some grammar lessons. This is horrible bud. How can we understand you what your writing?
  3. Not happening because one we already signed Brandon Carr and two Sherman cap hit is 13M and we don't have space for that.
  4. If we didn't sign Brandon Carr, than l would love to get Sherman but even that we don't have the space for Sherman since his cap number is very high. 13M cap hit for both of his final two years of his contract.
  5. To be honest, it wasn't really any spectacular players that was in free agency this year that was offensive players anyway. It was mostly a bunch of 30+year old receivers that was close to be at the end of his prime or had question marks.
  6. The 2011 season should've been a Super Bowl championship for the Ravens l agree on that, but the 2014 season, l sorta kinda glad we lost. Even though we probably would been in the Super Bowl again that year in 2014, l think we would've lost against Seattle because our secondary was so banged up and filled with injures that l feel it would be tough to overcome against a mobile QB in Russell Wilson. The injures will get up to them in the Super Bowl.
  7. I can see them as a playoff team this year, but in 2018 l could really see them as a Super Bowl contender. With over 30M+ in cap space which we will have next offseason, we could be focus on uprading the offense more in free agency. We already upgraded the defense this year so if we upgrade the offense next year, it could be scary for everybody. 👍
  8. So, if you read all of that, here's my take quick take on how we could "fill all our of needs", with our 5 picks in the first 3 rounds ( 1 from Timmy). Round 1- Barnett- Edge Rusher, and potential future Sizzle replacement Round 2 D'Onta Foreman- 234lb rb that just ran a 4.5. Him paired with Dixon for Years would be a thing of beauty. Round 2/3-Tiimy Pick- Ju Ju Smith- WR- the Ravens better draft this guy, he's exactly what we need Round 3- Pat Elfein- Our awesome Center for the next 10 years Round 3- I'll let Ozzie pick the Right Tackle ( wink emoji) Again just throwing this out there. This draft is nuts I like your mock but but we be missing out on those top corners. If we decided to wait until the 4th Round to draft a corner, most of the good ones will be already gone and Ozzie miss out.
  9. I hope KC is ready to be the best player he could be. I would also like to see if KC can change his number to 56 because that number would look good on him. Jefferson should've gotten 23. It would've been cool to have Mosley 57 and KC 56 while Weddle 32 and Jefferson 23. 👍 If KC is not ready and somehow Zach Brown still available after the draft, it could be wise to take a look because l don't think it counts as a Comp pick signing l believe at that time. Not exactly sure if that's how it goes, but l remember that Jamison Hensley say something about that in one of his espn articles.
  10. I wouldn't mind getting Q back here. I would just wait to sign him after the draft because we might draft one in the first round.
  11. Is it just me or does Jabrill Peppers kinda look like Torrey Smith and Terrance West a little bit.
  12. I would be extremely upset if we get another TE. We honestly don't need one at this moment. We have too many as of now on our roster and we may have to cut at least two TE's before the season starts. The only reason we have that many to begin with was because of Pitta health.
  13. Dude calm down... sheesh. Take a breather. It seems you are filled with rage.
  14. I wouldn't say old he's 27, but maybe a little expensive. Either Miami or Oakland will get him. He would've been a good replacement for Orr though. 👍
  15. Yeah l know that. That what Ozzie does. I just wishing we could get Zach Brown that's all. Just dreaming. 👍
  16. No offense but can you spell because your grammar is way off in most of the post l seen you. Or you just writing that way just for fun? It's kinda hard for me to understand your post sometimes.
  17. Why cut someone when you don't have to? If the Ravens needs more cap space to sign someone, then they will act accordingly and I can see Watson & Arrington being cut to make the necessary space. It's not like cutting him would give us enough space to get Zach Brown, AP or another one of the top remaining guys. Ozzie will probably wait until the June 1st or pre-season cuts to sign any other FA. A lot can happen in OTAs as far as injuries go. With Pitta, Gillmore and all the other TE injury histories, it doesn't make since to dump what could be a cheap quality TE (that you can't replace for $3 million per) unless you have to. I really wish we could get Zach Brown l really wish. If it's one more free agent that l wish we could get it be him but he probably likely sign with Oakland or Miami because nobody else is interested. All well. l guess we are tight against the cap and Ozzie don't want to lose a Comp pick l guess. 😔
  18. I agree. Ozzie is good finding late gems of o-line in the middle rounds. I believe he found Marshal Yanda in the 3rd round and Wagner in the 5th, and many other decent ones. We could also find and o- line in free agency as well to help us out or during the cuts later on. We could just sign a o-lineman to a one year deal then find a better replacement next season.
  19. Yeah your right. 👍 Wouldn't mind either way. But if they want Sidney Jones, then they probably would have to do it that way if he somehow slips. I don't know if he will make it past the 3rd round.
  20. Wow cool. That's is pretty scary with around 30M in cap space next offseason. We'll be very dangerous in 2018. 👍
  21. I like your idea and l like Ju Ju as well but l also want one of those top corners. I wonder can we trade back in the second round and get a top corner. I really want Ozzie to be aggressive in this draft. My dream scenario, sign Zach Brown. l wish that Ozzie was interested but doubtful. He deciding between Oakland and Miami right now and he wants 6M a year but he's still on the market. I wish we could give a 3 year 18M deal but it might be too much l guess. Then 1st round draft Derek Barnett, 2nd round Juju Smith, then trade back in the 2nd round a grab a corner Sidney Jones or Desmond King. Might have to give up a 3rd rounder and maybe a 4th but l think it's worth it. I don't know the details though if that deal were so sort of happen. Desmond King is a playmaker at corner and can be at safety so when Eric Weddle is gone in the future, he could take that safety spot or taking Sidney Jones. He might miss half the season on the PUP list, but we could afford to do that because we got Carr and then we could let him slowly contribute to the defense in the middle of the season. That's is 3 decent players in the top 100 that l'm will be happy for. 👍
  22. Is it really true that we'll have around 35M in cap space next offseason? Imagine have that much cap space with an already improved defense. That money can be used to upgrade the offense next year. 2018 might be a big year for us. But it's hard for me to believe that we will have that much cap space.
  23. Idk man. Can we pay Robinson next year is the question in order for this deal to work. You know we also have to pay Mosley as well. I don't see it happening.
  24. I like the idea of trading Allen Robinson for Jernigan but not trading our 1st or 2nd if the Jags are interested. Swap picks in the 3rd or 4th round will do but we also will have to pay Robinson top dollar next year because he will be a UFA just like Jernigan so l don't know how it's gonna work out.
  25. If that's true, and there was any to get a second round pick in this draft for him, I'd do it. I was thinking the same thing, but I don't know if there is a team out there that would give us a second for Tim. But a guy can dream can't he. Its very Bill Belichickesque A 3rd rounder is fine because it will always us to trade back in the second round to get another player. That way, we could get two 2 round guys. We will have multiple picks then in the 3rd round to do it.
