  1. I LOVE this one. I would change WJ3 with Alexander since I think WJ3 is going to the Steelers they LOVE him. Im high on chris jones as well and ngakoue also. Facrkel looks nice but would be hard to get.
  2. I'm not a big fan of Spence. Off the field issues are a real concern and also the drug addiction to ectasy. There will be so many good players available with the Ravens 2nd pick I don't want Kindle 2.0
  3. yeah I was off too I've watched it all. Did you see the difference in Goff and Wentz throwing the wet ball? Goff turned the ball and shake his hands to take the water off. Wentz just stood there with the hands all wet trying to throw so we can't compare the 2 throwing the wet balls. The deep out route in the endzone was a thing of beauty. Some NFL QBs can't make that throw. you see all the potentiel in the playaction game as well he's turning his shoulders/hips really well to hit the deep route after a playaction fake.
  4. I think it would be smarter to let the winner of a QB competition of RG3 and lets say Wentz be the starter instead of going all in with RG3. If they can get a franchise QB they should do it imo. When you have one you can draft BPA but right now I wouldnt be comfortable with a QB who hasnt played a snap in more than a year, and whos injury prone and not a fit in all the schemes. RG3 isn't good in the pocket at all but they could still hope for Cook to fall in the early 2nd thats a possiblity. Hue Jackson doenst have a history of drafting QB early. If I remember correctly he traded for Palmer when he was with the Raiders
  5. Adam Schefter ‏@AdamSchefter Signing RGIII not expected to have any impact on what Cleveland does in draft. A QB still expected to be the pick.
  6. Browns have an agreement with RG3... Don't know what to think of this. I still wouldnt pass on Wentz if I was the Browns. I don't think defense is their biggest need right now. They could be tempted by the Ohio guy Bosa
  7. not that big of a need. Imo : - Cornerback - Pass rush - O-Line So it will be decided by who they got in the first round.
  8. Yeah I know but I'm comparing Wentz to Manziel and Weeden and all the QBs they draft. Every other QBs they got I was HAPPY to see them draft those QBs. I knew they weren't that great. But Wentz is the real deal. Like you said its not a good spot for him... they need a good running game and good defense to help him. THats why I'd go with a vet QB to start the season and not rush him in a bad team
  9. Did you guys watch Wentz Pro day? This kid is something. As much as I'd like the Browns to take him so the Ravens get a top5 talent, I'm scared to play him twice a season. 1 season behind a vet and he'll be great. He's making NFL Money throw today
  10. The only thing on Bosa I don't like : he looks stiff. He doesn't bend a lot which means he won't be as good rushing from the outside against good offensive tackle. Thats why I think he'll move inside on passing downs and will set the edge on 1-2 downs. He's a very disruptive guy. Violent and solid hands. High motor. I'd love the Ravens to draft him
  11. I like Butler but for some reason I'm really high on Chris Jones. He has that burst and can provide pass rush and disrupt a pocket real quick
  12. First of all, 40 yard dash is irrelevant in my opinion. There won't be, ever, in the NFL, 40 yards between the pass rusher and QB. If your pass rusher is 40 yards in pursuit thats not good news. Where Bosa really opened my eyes, his 3 cones drills and 20 yards shuttle. He was a WOW. Posting same numbers as JJ Watt and I mean.... same numbers 3 cones : Watt (290) : 6,88 Bosa (269): 6,89 Clowney (266) : 7,27 20 Yards shuttle: Watt (290): 4,21 Bosa (269) : 4,21 Clowney (266) : 4,43 The only thing, Watt was 290 and Bosa 270. So let's compare Bosa with others 270 players : Dodd and Lawson. He destroyed them in both drills. He was also a lot better than Floyd whos 244. Von Miller drills were a lot better than Floyd at the same weight. At the end of the day, the reason why I think Bosa won't end up with 12+ sacks is because he doesnt bend that much. Which means he'll be better when pass rushing from the inside on 3rd downs so he'll probably face double team blocks. I still don't get the hate on Bosa. He's a freak specimen and he"s one of the best with his hands I've seen. The guy will be a pro bowler but I still think he would be better in a 4-3 scheme. Thats why I talked about the hybrid like the Ravens did with Suggs
  13. Thats a very good one. I doubt Cyris Jones will be available after the 3rd round tho.
  14. RAVENS TRADE THEIR : 1st Round Pick and 4th Round pick for Miami Dolphins : 1st (13th) and 2nd round pick. Ravens trade their 6th round pick for Patriots 6th and 7th round picks 13: R1P13 CB VERNON HARGREAVES III 36: R2P5 - G/OT - GERMAIN IFEDI 42: R2P11 - 34 OLB- KYLER FACKRELL 70: R3P7 -34DE- CHRIS JONES 131: R4P32 -34 OLB- YANNICK NGAKOUE 133: R4P34 -WR- KOLBY LISTENBEE 135: R4P36 -OT- WILLIE BEAVERS 197: R6P21 -DT/DE- JAVON HARGRAVE 210: R6P34 -G/OT- JOE DAHL 244: R7P22 -34 OLB- ALEX MCCALISTER
  15. What I like about Bosa is you know what you gonna get. I don't see him getting 10-12+ sacks. But he's a high motor guy, very good at stuffing the run and can provide a good pass rush. His potentiel isn't as high as some other guys but he's so good with his hands RIGHT now thats thats kinda rare. He'll be a 3 downs players for 10+ years (thats only my opinion). Maybe Dodd or Floyd or any other prospects will become better and get 15+ sacks. But they aren't 3 down players early in their career. Bosa has a pretty good pedigree and if he falls to the Ravens, I'd be very happy with him (unless Jack/Ramsey/Tunsil are available). I don't care about the schemes, Bosa has the frame to add 10-15 pounds so he can even play 5 tech. He can work his feet and get quicker to be an hydrid DE/OLB just like Suggs. At the end of the day, you don't draft players to fit YOUR schemes. You adapt your schemes to fit your players. Don't forget a coordinator will stay approx 1-3 years with the same team
  16. I went with Alexander I really like him. Spence would have been good but I'm really not sure with the drug addition and off the field issues.
  17. I remember the Jimmy Smith draft. I was in my parents baseman during that week end. It was friday night around 10h20-10h30. I wanted him so bad to fall to the Ravens. Could have been a top 10 pick. Same with Mosley I was sure the Steelers were picking him and they got Shazier. Steelers had Dick lebeau Ohio state alum they went with the player they knew more
  18. I'd go with Ramsey. At the end of the day this will be decided not with on field skills but off the field behavior. The scouts know more than us about them all but I've never heard anything bad on Ramsey (yet)
  19. Good job. I feel if we go with VH3 at 6, the Ravens might adress pass rush in round 2 if one of the round 1 graded player slip in early 2. I'm more on the Ngakoue bandwagon I don't know Schobert really well. I really like Harlan Miller he did very well in the Senior Bowl.
  20. Just watched Fullers tapes. He looked a lot more fluid in 2014. One thing that stood for me in the 2015 game vs Ohio : Thomas route running. He's smoooth and precise. Fuller have problem with closing/recovery speed. He doens't have problem locating the ball when he's not beat. He did pretty well vs North Carolina. I can see the potentiel in a tampa 2 defense playing the flat. Will need to wrap up more in tackling though. He sells the cover 3 deep too early he's affraid to get beat deep. As long as this guy keeps eveything in front of him, he's good. He's jumping the shorter routes and he's very good underneath coverage but not so great when his back is turned. Remins me a bit of Malcom Jenkins. Might end up a better safety who knows
  21. he gained like 15 lbs before the combine and was as fast.
  22. Yeah I remember I think it was Mayock at the draft said two employees of the Buccs just went to a Florida bar night after night trying to see if Jameis was a client. They also asked to the bartenders of the area if they saw him pretty often and how was he ? intoxicated or not ? driving or not ? and things like that.
  23. Hmmm interesting.... I don't see why he wouldnt want to test even if aderral you want to show them its just this...
  24. Went back studying Sean Davis because I think it was Grims who had him his is mock. I like him so far. He had a very good combine. Might end up in my top 10 really soon
  25. Haha his stock his going down down down and most people wouldn't want to touch him with a 10 feet pole. Funny how yesterday his coach said during his interview that Oakman will end up the biggest steal of the draft. He wants to see his stock rise a bit
