How is Brent Urban promising when he hasn't played a snap yet? I think we put to much into players that look decent in practice or have had a couple decent games a season or 2 ago. Then we take those guys, throw them in at starting spots and say the problem is fixed. All while ignoring solid quality players out there or letting the ones already on the roster go.It gets even worse when those guys on defense go out there and have to play damn near 10 yards off the ball and we expect them to stop big time players like AJ Green,Demaryius Thomas, Amari Cooper and no name TE's (apparently). Offensively I think we are just to complacent, Joe has gotten better as the years have gone by with little help from the FO. Every time he builds chemistry with a receiver thats pretty much a sign his either retiring or otw out the door. Bring in some talent for the guy, play a little more press so every recevier isnt given free reign to run his route, idk what the heck the training staff has to do but the amount of injuries over the last 3 yrs are crazy and Harbaugh is a good guy and great coach but loyal to a fault. Always a fan but we gotta win some games or else its just tank for Bosa time. GO RAVENS!
