I'm sure someone hacked you, deleted the 2 most important posts for this game, and cut 3 guys with (almost) the proper cap calculated.

If you messed up, just admit it and we'll have discussions.  I know you weren't "hacked" though.

I don't expect you guys to believe me but it's the truth. I've been on here too long to act this way.

Yeah, you're right, but spending a 2nd round pick on 34-year-old LT isn't how I would invest my draft picks, but it's not my place to tell you how to roll with your team. Comparatively speaking, you could've given up just a little bit more and got Joe Thomas from Cleveland had you acted sooner. You probably could've only given your 1st round pick and a 4th, too, since your picks were higher. I'm not getting on you here, but I think you just got beat in OL FA and realized it and did what you had to do to put together a team. I respect that, but don't sell me chicken salad here.

I like Peters better than the Penn signing, though. I wonder when that guy retires.

I may have paid too much but at the price some of these FA O-line were going I don't think that's too bad. Was very unhappy with the way FA went so I think Peters is a solid replacement. Plus I have several other needs as well.

  3. You guys are understimating Peter's value. He's been one of the most solid and spectacular Left Tackles of this decade. Sure he's declining and had a tough year, and sure his 8 stars might be hefty but I'll take a chance and be optimistic he rebounds this year. At worst he's got a serviceable 2-3 years left.

Talk about being behind the barrel.

Personally, I think KDUBB made a panic move. Maybe that's not true, and I like Peters quite a bit, but I would've just taken a LT early and been done with it. This is a very good LT class, IMO. Very good.

Sure this might be a good left tackle class but look at how left tackles in the first round in recent years have performed. Joeckle, Fisher, Matthews... Would rather take a veteran  then rely on an unproven rookie

He definitely has good weapons and a good OL with the upgrades you made, but it is absolutely false that if you put enough talent around a player they will succeed. QB is the most important position on the offense, and all you have to do is look at how terrible that same offense was with Manning at the helm. Is Foles better than Manning was in 2015? I think that is debatable.

I think u can look at this past season in STL. They decided to focus on gurley as their main piece on offense. As soon as defense figured it out they would stack the box and the Rams would have to rely on qb play. Granted Foles didn't have the best o-line and weapons, he's not a  qb starting caliber player.

He can throw 30 yards downfield into triple coverage in the hopes that... oh wait, Megatron isn't there anymore. And I highly doubt he'll actually have time for a 30 yard route to develop, since, you know, no offensive line to speak of.

This really shows your lack of recognition. Megatron was clearly in decline last year. Heck he was used as a decoy in order to get Tate more looks.
