Just saw Mike Wallace was let go in Minnesota....
I think we stay w/Monroe now (and pray for better/consistent play) and go defense in the first round. Maybe get a tackle in later rounds. will be interesting...
Jones would be my first choice out of this list. Benjamin will demand too much $, and Boldin, much as I love him, isn't getting any younger. We should never have let him go 2-3 years ago, but that's water under the bridge. Wouldn't make much sense to bring him back now (if he even would - he might still have a bad taste in his mouth from the way he was let go).
Wonder how long before Schaub & Claussen are let go?
Monroe will be back because of the dead money hit we would take if he were to go. So, keeping Osemele becomes problematic - will be too much to tag, and he'll probably be offered more elsewhere. Tucker would be the easiest to tag, due to kickers' lower salary hit as a group. Would love to keep Osemele too, we'll have to see....
Gotta love our players and organization! Always ready to pitch in and help. Way to go Justin; making Ravens Nation proud.
The article was supposed to be about Ray and Peyton - why tarnish it by commenting on Cam at the end? He showed he's still a punk at heart and can't lead (or fail in this case) with dignity.
Manziel is a trainwreck in the NFL. He's another player who excelled in the college game, but can't seem to make the transition to the pros. Add in his off-field antics and you have a real problem for a team. Wouldn't be surprised if he goes the way of Tebow and won't find work on the field anymore.
Buck was a bright spot in a dismal season. He has potential to take over as Forsett's replacement. Justin is not getting any younger/faster. Would still love to have a back like Ala's Derrick Henry though, to pound the defense to death.
Don't know why, but I get this funny feeling that Ozzie is going to trade down in the First to get an extra pick.
He's probably correct in assessing this year as his make-or-break year. He does wonderful things on the field; he just hasn't been able to stay on the field for more than a couple of games. Here's hoping he gets the right combination of training/rhythm (or whatever) down this year and stays on the field to contribute. We could really use his skill set.
So,are they going to pitch players who haven't developed, then? (Elam, A. Brown)
Hopefully, Ed goes to Buffalo under Rex for a year or two as an assistant, and then comes here as the DB coach. Can dream anyway; we need REEEED back in the house!
So,is there a player that meets Eisenberg's criteria in the draft ??
And goal line, field goal sensors to detect when the ball actually crosses the plane -
Wonder what size he needs for his paws - dude is huge!
A player is only an asset to the team if he can get/stay on the field to play. He hasn't proven that the last 2 years.
Yeah, we've seen what he does when he gets pissed-off! Keep agitating him, please.
At this point, Matthews (and/or Dan Brown) looks like a better option than Marlon; he just hasn't seemed to progress. Camp too; he's great when he's on the field, trouble is he can't stay on the field.
Though the number of Ravens fans was diminished at the stadium - it still sounded like the loudest game of the season. Way to go fans and Ravens! Go Jets!
After seeing Matthews play this past Sunday, I don't think we need Marlon anymore. He was even beasting on Special Teams!
When I first saw this article, I was hesitant to read it (hearing the Steelers whine about how they "lost" the game). Glad I read it, and they gave the Ravens and Mallett respect for playing an awesome game. Much as you hate the Steelers, you still have to respect them.
So, let me get this right -If the Alcohol sales tax(9%) is $702.36 of the check, that means out of their $8990 dinner, they drank $7804 in alcohol. Hmmmmm...
If he's good at press coverage, let's hope Pees lets him play that way, and not 10 yds off the receiver.

Hopefully, our new DB coach will help this year too..
