  1. Everyone assumes that Kendrick Lewis will make the team. But based on how Elam and Brooks are playing, maybe they surprise us and cut Lewis and keep the 2 younger safeties. Lewis is older and more expensive than those 2, and he won't get a lot of playing time behind Weddle and Webby.
  2. It's obvious Perriman's knees are fragile. I'm starting to doubt that he will ever contribute. Would think the Ravens would have known this BEFORE the draft! He never had any issues in college. In fact, he missed just 3 games his entire college career. The scouting reports rated him high on durability when the Ravens drafted him.
  3. Elam looked very good last year before he tore his bicep. There is no "Elam trap."
  4. Suggs said he was ready weeks ago, but that Harbs was holding him back.
  5. He's lucky the Ravens are patient with him, since his suspension is his 2nd offense. He was very sorry the first time and said he learned his lesson. Then he goes out and does it again!
  6. Apparently you had too much to drink if you think West was mediocre.
  7. Perhaps you should go back and re-read the article ... it's about Leslie Frazier and the secondary.
  8. "because with Perriman never ever ever going to play in the nfl" And you know this because you are a doctor?.... on the coaching staff? .... smarter than everyone else?
  9. Not to mention Ben Watson, who we signed in case Pitta and Gillmore were not be ready to play after surgery.
  10. Absolutely not. We are loaded at RB as it is and we are moving forward, not backwards. I wish Ray Rice the best and I hope he gets another chance. But it won't be with the Ravens.
  11. I think he makes the team simply because we won't be able to stash him on the Practice squad. He has to pass through waivers before we can sign him to the PS. There is NO WAY he makes it through waivers without getting snatched up by another team.
  12. I agree we keep 7. If Campanaro can manage to stay healthy, he beats out Butler.
  13. I really like Alex Lewis, but starting 2 rookies on the left side of the line makes me nervous.
  14. There's a team down the road called the Redskins. I suggest you follow them if you are so disenchanted with our team.
  15. Disagree. You are reading too much into it.
  16. "We hadn't had a good health track record in a while". Based on WHAT?
  17. You are Soooooo wrong. He cannot know it's over - just like you cannot know it isn't... You are correct. However, he is just 2 years out of college. I doubt that means he is done. Look at Manny with the O's. He had surgery on one knee, and shortly thereafter, the other knee goes out. Did he quit? No. He missed another year, and now is one of the best players in baseball.
  18. Yeah, you're right. He's probably faking it. NOT!
  19. Between yesterday's comment and this one, you are just full of optimism. And like yesterday, you are dead wrong.
  20. Our line is NOT an "absolute mess." The starting 5 will be very good as long as they stay healthy. Injuries effected the line last year. They will be much better this year, despite losing KO.
  21. Wow. I like Daniel Brown too. However, he will likely end up on the practice squad since there are at least 7 other wide receivers presently that are better than him.
  22. Seriously? You wonder if he makes the team now? You are right, he was the snitch, but he's the starting tight end at this point, when we go with a 1 TE setup.
  23. Rookie holdouts are a thing of the past with the new collective bargaining agreement.
  24. I like Wally Williams but I disagree with him on both accounts. Not only does Tunsil have too much off the field baggage, but he missed time because of injuries. Ronnie Stanley never missed a game. You know we are good at LT for the next 5-10 years with him.
