  1. Just because it's not about the money doesn't mean he doesn't need the money.

    School teachers do their job for the reward of teaching and inspiring students but they aren't doing it for free. I would be very upset if we cut Boldin.

    I would rather have him on the team than Ed Reed honestly.

    Completely agree!!! I would be upset if we cut him, but I understand the reasoning behind it.

    Some people think it's all about speed. Anquan Boldin was our go to guy, he is like the Heap/Mason role on this team.

    Not doubting anyone's ability but our WR Corps would be downgraded by releasing him by a large margin if we go to a David Reed or Tandon Doss.

    I agree with this as well. We'll definitely have a downgraded receiving core.

  2. in your opinion its shortsighted . in my opinion i would rather pay a productive playmaker then a guy who gets injured allot and may ride the bench half the season. joe needs people to throw to that can actually catch torrey is not good at getting seperation when he does he's good . pitta has good hands boldin has better hands and he is a physical reciever.

    If Torrey isn't good at getting separation, then Boldin might as well be running routes in a wheelchair. Boldin gets ZERO separation and the only reason he gets as many catches as he does is because he has outstanding body control, perfect hands, and Joe trusts him.

  3. I don't know. I used to take the same stuff about 2 years ago and I took them before I worked out and I really started to beaf up. It also gives me more motivation to work out really hard when I'm already on it because I don't wanna waste any of it lol

    Well, I'm sure it will affect you in some way whether you take it before or after. I don't know the ingredients or anything about it so I don't know.

    So you work out, what, five days a week? And take six pills a day? Just make sure to take a month off from that stuff every once in a while and drink plenty of water while doing it. It will tear your stomach up!

    Yeah, that. Doing short sprints and agility drills would help too.

    Rugby combines explosion with endurance, so I have a really fun drill you could do. Sprint the distance between two telephone poles, jog to the next pole, sprint to the next, jog to the next. Really good for developing power and endurance.

    Why do you need platforms for hang cleans? Our what do you mean by platform, platform to me is something you'd stand on?

    I'm not sure what it's like overseas, but over here it is frowned upon to perform cleans when not on a platform. It's proper gym etiquette.

    I don't know if your gym has a platform like that, but that's typically what you do hang cleans on.

    I use creatine "Creakic Hardcore" - I take 6 a day on workout days.

    It's confusing though. It says on no workout days take 6 when you wake up, and on workout days take 6 after you workout.

    I recently started working out pretty much every day again, but I don't get why I'm supposed to take them after I workout.

    Can anyone explain this to me? You'd think you would take it right befroe you workout.

    It might be to help your muscles' recovery process.

  5. Ok so I want to get back to playing rugby. I've been doing regular weight training and still am. What exercises do you do. For power and explosion at gym? To improve acceleration and top end speed if possible. Up to now I've just been doing regular strength building exercises for my legs, squats, curls, lunges, leg press etc.

    If your gym has platforms, I would suggest hang cleans. If they have boxes, do box jumps. If neither, do a lot of plyometrics. You know, tuck jumps, jump squats, jump lunges, etc.

    I'll admit that I'm hopelessly in love with Emma Watson. She's fantastic! :D

    It really was a good movie! Emma Watson was a bonus! I really wanted to read the book before I saw the movie but I've been swamped with school work and other books to read. I really want to read the book now!

  7. I went to see Perks of Being a Wallflower last night. It was a beautiful movie from beginning to end. It pulls your heartstrings all the way through. Great movie, in my opinion. Definitely one of my favorites.

  8. Okay, so... I want/need a super strong core with like, crazy awesome flat abs. I got a nifty new scale (for free too, yay) that tells you your body fat and your muscle mass and all this other crazy stuff, and I think I'm pretty okay right now (around 17% body fat, about 38-39% muscle mass). However, I have this roll right at the base of my ribcage if I don't sit up completely straight. Which I rarely do. I'm working on it. But I also don't want anything hanging over my jeans at all.

    How do you get rid of stomach fat? I eat a pretty high-carb diet, so that's probably not helping. I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat eggs and is allergic to soy and nuts, so protein is a bit difficult. Good thing I enjoy peanut butter. And cheese. I also have a bajillionty food sensitivities which makes eating so much fun and I've had two abdominal surgeries, so I've got a bunch of scar tissue to work with here too. Be realistic here... what kind of hope do I have?

    Cardio and dieting. That's how to get rid of stomach fat.

So apparently the Cowboys have a set of rules for Dez Bryant, and by now everyone knows my stance(including Arnie) on these arrests so when I say this, I did not have anything to do with these rules nor did I contact Jerry Jones and tell him what rules to have. It just seems he agrees with me.

    This is very different. Dez has been a repeat offender who is constantly in the news for all the wrong reasons. This is just one case in which a midnight curfew is understandable for a grown man.
