I think it's pretty telling about our fanbase that we would rather rant and rave endlessly about the Patriots, but hardly talk at all about Trestman and the offensive coaching hires. Why do we complain about another team instead of actually talking about our own team?
The fanbase still has the option (and maybe the intelligence) to pay attention to more than just sensationalized news stories on the news networks. On another note, I think it's pathetic that news networks other than ESPN are giving this any serious coverage. Don't they have other things to cover than a bunch of balls?
Last I checked, we're talking about both. Some of it has to do with many of us feeling kind of eh about the Trestman hire and being treated like dirt. And some of us don't really know much about his recent work. CFL is not the NFL.
I'm not sure what more is to be said about Trestman at this point. We don't know what system he'll run .. what schemes ... we don't know what coaches will involved and our coaching staff is at the ProBowl so not like you'll have any new information this week.
