Not exactly. Plays are plays, and everybody runs basically the same plays. There are only so many different plays you can design. The difference, in my opinion, is found in situational play calling and the focus of the play calling. For example, slant plays and deep posts are found in both Coryell and West Coast play books. However, Coryell offenses are more inclined to call deep posts and seams on first, while West coast teams are more inclined to call the slants. Playbooks are very very similar. Philosophies are different.
