  1. With the two worst tackles in the league, wide recievers named Kamar Aiken, Marlon Brown, and some guy named Waller, without Crocket Gillmore (oh and BTW without a Dennis Pitta), another TE named Boyle I never heard of........IN PITTSBURGH.......should I go on?

Stop acting like we rolled into Pittsburgh with the 2012 Ravens and just laid down.  I'm getting tired of reading posts like this.   We're fielding almost a complete practice squad offense outside of Flacco and Forsett, and despite 2 turnovers (one because everyone in the world knows Flacco can only really trust Smith) that offense STILL put the team in winning position when it mattered.

I'm not at all complaining about this win.   They did what they had to do.   Flacco overcame his struggles and forced these young receivers to step up and make some needed clutch catches; isn't that what great QB's are supposed to do?   And unlike the Steelers, the Ravens weren't scared to put Tucker on the field on crappy turf to win the game.

    Take the win.

Wagner one of the worst tackles in the league? you must be high

  2. I would really like Will Redmond from Miss St. but goodness the guy can't tackle to save his life, even by CB standards he's a liability from what I've seen. His teammate Calhoun is willing to get in there and tackle though, don't know enough about his coverage skills to judge how good his is right now.

  3. If I were drafting today(I predict we're in the top 15), I'd go.

    3. Sterling Shepard WR- He can flat out play. He runs good routes, has great hands, and can fly if he has to. I think he has every tool to be a capable #2 WR on the NFL level.

Shepard in the top 15 is a reach if I've ever seen one. Maybe he can creep into the first making him a trade back candidate but no way top 15. There would surely be better players available that early. Shepard is good and fearless but top 15 is a reach

  4. i like boyd as well, a lot as a matter of fact, but i think treadwell just seems to be in a class of his own. i personally like to compare boyd and travin dural since i think they are more in the same class.

I don't see any comparison of Boyd and Dural, Dural is a league below both of them. I'm not trying to compare Boyd to Treadwell, I mean clearly they're two different players with different strengths. Boyd is better after the catch but Treadwell is better after contact, I feel comfortable saying their hands are about equal, Boyd's got the edge in speed but Treadwell has better radius. Of course any way you look at it its close and it wouldn't surprise me if both were gone by the time we pick.

But we'll get a good look at both next week with Boyd taking on Fuller and Treadwell taking on Hargreaves

  5. I definitely don't agree need wise. There's just no way anything will be more important than pass rush next year (I'm assuming Perriman's knee will reboot by then).

We'll most definitely end up taking a wideout next year so who really knows. I agree that rusher will be a bigger need barring some FA acquisition, but I wouldn't be upset if Treadwell is taken over Floyd, although I like Boyd better than Treadwell tbh.

  6. My favorite by far is Kenneth Dixon from La Tech, runs super hard and has good speed, not to mention his vision is insane

WARNING: song may have bad language, idk I watched it on mute

they're highlights so have your grain of salt ready...but still very mpressive

  7. I'd be really upset if we went RB in round 1. Could've lived with Gurley last year but this year I'm not particularly high on Elliott and I'm still iffy on Henry. With as many needs as we have I don't think RB is particularly high on the list, especially looking at all the great players still on the board in the CBS mock. Would much rather have Boyd or Treadwell, not to mention a good CB or even a lineman (I hope not but better than a RB, someone to replace Yanda or Monroe down teh road would be good), really don't want a RB in the first. Next years RB class will be much better with Chubb and Fournett

  8. how much money can we afford to invest in the mlb position ? I don't think we take a mlb high or at all brown will be alright next to c.j. next season

Brown still hasn't shown he'll be "alright" as a starter, he's still struggling and if Daryl retires then its very likely we'll draft at least someone at some point in the draft. I doubt first rounder but 3rd round or later wouldn't surprise me at all

  9. leonard floyd looks like an absolute stud to me. i think hes a top 10 guy, and i think shilique calhoun is a late first/early 2nd, would love to see either of them, but preferably floyd.

calhoun is more of a end, and floyd is more of a blue chip edge rusher, and what we have lacked for years and desperately need, is elite speed and burst in the edge rush, we have all the size and brute force in the world but cant get to anybody in time.

hate that 220 lb frame though, maybe he can pull a Beasley going into the combine. I like his teammate Jenkins better, guy's a monster, don't know where he'll go but he's got prototypical size and great instincts.

I really like Calhoun, but the back end of the first would be the absolute highest I'd be willing to take him, If we are picking in the teens then I'll pass. Don't think he'll make it to our second pick.

  10. Hoping for Boyd big time, guy has amazing hands. btw, Allen only fell because of an injury, guy has more than lived up to the first round status he got before the knee injury, he had 15 receptions against the lions this year already.

Malcolm Mitchell from UGA, good mid to late round guy, high character and reliable.

The Higgins kid from Colorado state is intriguing, needs to put on weight but has produced big time in his career there.

Marquez North from Tennessee is a personal favorite

Quinshad Davis from UNC is another guy having a great season so far, great size and solid speed combination
