    Can we please make a major change now? We can't get worse, Pees out would be move in the right direction, Trestman is on thin ice as it is.

      I say we have to have stability on offense. Flacco has had 4 different coordinators in 4 years. Trestman is in his past has been a good OC. Pees getting fired...I agree with.
