And he never will show the ability to be a starter if we hamstring him and never throw him into the fire. Of course we aren't looking for a starter, we have a 1000 yard WR in Wallace and Perriman is getting the start opposite him, it was never a question unless Corey Davis was avaiable at 16 and there was never a chance that he would be.
