My favorite Joe moment was during the final play of the Superbowl when he yelled to the team on the sidelines to gang tackle the 49er during the run back. He said he was kidding, but he.wasn't. No way he was losing that game.

I think the idea is how Harbaugh has responded in a difficult situation. We all encounter them. This season has been a huge disappointment for coaches, players, and fans, but we can choose how we react and what we learn.
