YOOOO this is wack man...Bill Belichick is about to have Rashaan Balling for him smh...what if he actually became a shutdown corner for the Patriots. That would just confirm everything about this week coaching staff.

We constantly bring in Corners & Safties...Every DB we bring in can't be this terrible. I said it earlier this year we all complained about Darian Stewart & his performance last season, Then he goes to another team with new coaches and is starting in a top 10 defense this year(and sealed the game on us). We need new coaches. we DONT have "the men for the job" as Harbs likes to say..or atleast just saying to keep composure. We've had a ton of talent come in over the past few years that Pees & staff has been here that either were great before they came to Baltimore or were Bad here,left, and did greater things. Im praying for an over haul in coaching staff.

I would really love to see Ed or Ray back on the coaching staff. I think the Ravens coaches & some teammates took Ray and his speaches for granted. It became more of an "Old man ray is preaching again..Oh brother" type of thing rather than really taking in the lessons of Football that could be helping them today smh especially late in games. Harbaugh likes to bring people to facility to visit..(Indiana Hosiers..ect) What in the world is the hold up with bringing Ray in for a convo with these young players on defense..I'll tell u why. [EGO] Harbaugh doesn't want it to be about anything else but him & the team. Its been that way since 2008, When he first arrived here he didn't respect what Ray & those guys brought to the team & the city for that matter. HE even tried to take Rays intro from him. It wasn't until he felt that energy for the first time in the Bengals opener that he concieded & had to "kiss the ring" in a sense. Since then it was a count down until he could fully control the team smh..Dont get me wrong im not bashing Coach Harbaugh he's a great coach & injuries has pegged our team the last few years but sometimes you have to admit when you need a hand. I dont understand why Ray was never brought in to talk to this young Defense since he's retired Especially in the offseason, He's more than just an ex Raven..this man is a Professional Motivational Leader/Speaker, you can't expect someone to be him, but u can expect for him to make an impact on young players lifes. I remember reading earlier this summer about how hard Jernigan was working in the offseason with Ngata gone, & my only thought was "who is showing him how to work hard" Suggs doesn't work out with the team..No one is here teaching them how to go the extra mile to be able to perform at the level we the fans are acustom to seeing. I am rambling but i know i make sense lol Bottom line is If you cant bite the bullet to atleast try & bring Ed or Ray in to speak, coach or do "Something" in the facility none of these young guys will know what it means to "PlayLikeARaven". They single handedly created that phrase!!! yea you can PlayLikeARaven means putting it all out there & giving maximum effort and all that but Those guys brought that attitude here that your trying to pass down to the next generation of Ravens..So why not bring those guys in to show what that really means smh....OK IM DONE...Foreal this time lol

Im not saying that Babin is the savior of the defense but its never taken any veteran defensive player this long to get familiar with a defense. Pees scheme is horrible and doesn't make sense. That's probably why he's not on the field..Its not your fault Babs, Suggs hates the scheme too bro.

Here is how i see it... Dean Pees could have cared less when Suggs got hurt because it meant one last veteran from the "RayLewisEra" to combat with when it came down to the defense scheme. Its the same reason why Ed was cut (still had alot of football left) Same reason why Haloti is gone now, and the same reason why they cut Pollard. These players controlled the locker room and other younger players listened to them. When Pees would call these dumb assignments Ray and those guys would audible it into what they knew worked for them. These young players now are forced to play within the scheme because they have no experience or True leaders to follow on defense. Divide & conquer to take back control of the locker room. In his presser discussing the lost of Suggs after the Denver game Dean said something like "U feel bad because u see a player like that work so hard in the offseason, i feel like he came in shape and ready to learn OUR DEFENSE". PAUSE FOR A MOMENT. U mean to tell me after the 4/5 seasons you've been in Baltimore Suggs is just now fully adopting your scheme? Why is that?. Thats because the scheme is TRASH!! It puts nobody in position to be great and EVERYBODY KNOWS IT. PrimeExample: Name ONE play Darian Stewart made for us last year...i'll wait...EXACTLY we all felt like he was a waist of freeagency move. BUT THEN!!! He goes to Denver and closes the game out on us. Its because whatever defense he is in now allowed him to play free and just use his football instincts. He was a good safety who could have made way more plays if we had a better coordinator. He's tearing apart the very fabric of who we are as a defense. SOMEONE TELL ME EXACTLY WHEN WE ACCEPTED THIS "BendButDontBreak" mentality??? That is a losing mentality to me & thats not RAVENS FOOTBALL. We need to get back to the "YOU GETS NOTHING!!!" Mentality. Young quarterbacks would completely FEAR playing the Ravens. Now they come into the game with such high confidence knowing they can make plays against us. It sickens me. We were so tough amh & now were just VANILLA. Especially with suggs out. HOW CAN U SAY "I didnt bring a pass rush because i didnt think they would get there" ... U DIDNT EVEN TRY BRO!! Im gonna say it until it happens...PEES HAS TO GO. IF YOUR NOT GONNA RESPECT THE CULTURE THEN YOUR A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING U cant possibly think your calling RAVENS STYLE DEFENSE.

Dean Pees needs to be fired...and he can take Lardarius Webb with him as well. I seen someone post that Pees is ruining our reputation on defense & they are correct
