  1. I don't know a thing about Correa and Kaufusi, and we can't assume anything about how good or bad they'll be in the NFL. I still trust Ozzie & Co. For everyone who wanted Spence, there was never any chance of Ozzie taking him. Just today on this site, there was a quote from Harbaugh about (paraphrased) 'the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior'. So I don't think the Ravens ever seriously considered Spence. And taking guys like Jack w/ injury concerns was also a non-starter after their experience w/ Perriman. Can you imagine the embarassment if they took Jack and he ended up not playing? So, to focus on what we do know, my question is whether Ozzie took too little to move back. Other teams who were picking behind us seemed to get more for their picks. We moved back twice and got a 5th and a 4th rounder, and the 5th rounder was for our 36th position. The teams behind us who traded down got 2 picks, I think. I know one team got a 4th rounder plus a 2017 pick. So I feel like Ozzie left a little bit on the table. I could be wrong. Curious what you all think.

Agreed. If Jacksonville really wanted Jack that badly, we should have gotten more from them. Same for Miami.

"the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior"

So all of Hargaugh's buddies get second chances, but no players do... These are young kids who are figuring out things in life. Some, straighten themselves out. Some need help. But, no. No second chances here. Unless you worked with Harbaugh before.

Not premature to rank the most likely impact picks in the draft though.

There good picks, but only the first rounder was a good value pick. I see one impact player and two developmental guys to unleash their potential in a few years.

With five picks in the fourth a fifth and two sixths we are still likely to find a sleeper impact player or two. Heck we often find one after the draft.

Why do we need all those picks to find a sleeper? We should have traded them to move up and get a sure fire impact player.

I'm rough on Ozzie but I really think this is Decostas bs!! Ozzie was all about impact players in the draft and free agency. Since Decosta came aboard ravens have not made any splashes. Role players and old players. Ozzie and Billick were about impact. To bad Joe Cool came after billick. Billick would of won 3 championships with a franchise qb.Decosta did not even want to move up to get Joe cool. He was content to draft the next best qb if he was taken.  Harbs is a puppet that applauds management's every move. The slower fans will not catch on til ravens have 3 consecutive double digit losing seasons. If ravens lost Dodd he was content to take the next best. And often the difference between the player you want and next best is vast!! Not to Decosta

Well, I think next season will be 7-9, so 2/3 of the way there. Some teams got multiple starters, we got 1 starter and 2 situational guys. I don't think I can sit through this again. I was so excited and optimistic about this draft and now just feel deflated (no pun intended). Oh well.

well this draft had a lot of built up hype,

the 6th pick, instant coffee ,

and we are still sitting and waiting on players to fall ,

    now kendall fuller is gone,

maybe there is too much trust and we may need a new slogan

the sad thing is many fans and ryan mink

will make you all think it smells like roses,

what we had was a safe draft,

sports are built for certain personality traits,

we as a franchise have taken a step down,

    idk,

We've lost the edge. We always go for quantity over quality. What's the point of having lots of picks and taking a gamble on them. I'd rather take fewer players earlier. Take the quality and not hope for the best. But, the organization has changed.... Don't know if its Decosta or Harbaugh's influence.
