I'm thinking 5th year in a row without Steelers playoff win.
As a fan, I hope you're right.
As a realist, I don't think you are.
Pitt has a legit shot at making it to the Superbowl. PUKE!!!!!!
Spoils of playing in a crap division.
Yup. I've been down on the Colts for getting a de-facto home playoff game most years courtesy of the AFCS.
New England has really had it easy (sans a couple years the NYJ were actually competitive)
Yeah I thought this was the year that would be broken, but Peyton came back and we're back to the same old same old. Lol.
^^ I know, right? LOL
Nantz just said that Manning and Brady have been the #1,#2 seeds for playoffs the past 4 straight years.
Geez. One day those guys will be retired and things in the AFC should shake up a little more. It's been almost guaranteed that one of those guys' teams (Pats, Broncos/Colts) are a first round bye playoff seed for over a decade.
Ready for a change.
Wow, that really is something. CrazyChiefs start 1-5, Falcons starts 5-0, only one makes postseason. And it wasn't the team that started 5-0. Crazy.
Does Rivers have any 4th qtr magic in him?
Big stop by Teo
Terrible offsides there on SD
I think they'd be better off playing Mccarron in the playoffs no matter what sead they are.
Seriously, I think that as well.
He isn't, that's why I said they have a chance. Allthough they may rush him back because of playoffs.
They'd be better off to just roll with McCarron next week instead of rushing Dalton back (McCarron went 2-1 as a starter, although he only really looked good against Denver).
If Cincy somehow lucks into the #2 seed, they'd probably play Dalton.
This is exactly what happened for us last year. Screw Pittsburgh. And they'll likely get shorthanded Cincy (who they own even when healthy) in the first round. Makes me sick.
Yup. If Denver wins today (which is very likely), #6 Pitt @ #3 Cincy next weekend.
Cincy has serious trouble with the Steelers even when they have all their players healthy. Now they're with a backup QB and a terrible postseason performance "monkey" on their backs. Steelers will walk out of Cincy with a victory next week.
Cincy needs a San Diego miracle victory to launch the Bungles into the #2 seed. It ain't happening.
Ravens would win,, no doubt about it IMO.What a match that would be. The Bengals post-season futility vs the Ravens complete failure against Cincy.
A stoppable force would meet a moveable object.
No it wouldn't, it's 9-21, a FG and a TD would make it 19-21,two TDs are the only scenario that has us winning
It would've been a 9 point lead if Ravens kicked it there,, not still 12. The score would've been 21-12. A TD and FG would win it.
But I get why they went for it.
The way the Ravens have been moving the ball,, a TD and a late FG would win it.Kicking it would have been a waste of time, with a field goal it's still a two possession game, nothing gained
But I understand it though.
I think they should've kicked that.
But totally understand the aggressiveness though.
Discipline is still a big issue. They are heavily penalized and have many true "Bungles" moments throughout the season. You guys have so much talent on your team. I thought your issue was at QB - but now a different QB is in so not sure what it is.
Bungles offensive penalty,,, big surprise.
Pitiful
Koch's the man, no doubt about it.
Burfict choking on the INT chance
...And that's the game, folks. Bengals won't relinquish an 12-point lead,
Yeah they will. They've done that all year. They were up 14 points last week and ended up losing.
That's undoubtedly the best play Hill has had all season. He was untouched.Wow... he went untouched.
He has been pretty bad all year.
Agree. Bengals were about to give up yet another 3rd down conversion, and just got flat-out lucky (lucky in that 4th down drop too).Wow. No excuse for that drop. Killed our drive
Bungles and these penalties,, lol
I thought that was a catch.

Maybe we'll see one last Manning vs Brady Championship battle.
