  1. Bengals are terrible on 3rd down defense all year. Good play by Mallett there though.
  2. The middle-level seats (green seats always shown) are typically empty each game because they are club prices. At halftime, half the fans are in concession areas and don't make it back to their seats until almost mid-3rd qtr. Alot of fans didn't go today also because it's week 17 with a couple backup QBs, and didn't really mean a whole lot for Cincy (they can still get a bye even if they lose. If Denver loses and KC wins,, KC wins the AFCW which pits Denver as a wildcard. Not likely, but still possible).
  3. Ravens looking much better than Cincy. Mallett is working the middle of the field brilliantly so far. McCarron seems a little "out of sorts". If Cincy continues with all those idiotic offensive penalties, Ravens should win this one fairly easy. We'll see how it unfolds this 2nd half.
  4. Great job by Mallett there
  5. Mallett looking REALLY good today and last week. I thought he was finished in the league after the Texans fiasco. You guys have a very solid backup QB now. He's playing winning football.
  6. Lucky,, I thought that was an INT waiting to happen. Eifert has been a big loss the past couple weeks.
  7. Definitely. I agree.
  8. Ravens looking like the better team by far today. They need to get a decent lead on Cincy though,, and not let the Bengals hang around after they've looked so bad.
  9. Bengals terribly undisciplined. Pitiful
  10. Bungles can't get put of their own way with all these penalties. That bodes really well for the Ravens' fortunes today.
  11. Kirkpatrick screws something up every game. He's the one that frustrates me the most for the Bengals.
  12. Koch's punt set that stand up. Great field position for Balt now.
  13. Wow. I thought Huber was an outstanding punter (he is),, but Koch is killing it.
  14. Penalties hurting both teams.
  15. Nice play on 3rd down there
  16. Ravens defense looking good so far,, Bengals penalties notwithstanding. This may be a tough defensive game today.
  17. Whitworth with his weekly killer holding penalty. He gets one every single game, lol
  18. I agree with that. Marvin sits at 0-6 for postseason play. 2 of those losses were before Dalton even got drafted in the NFL,, both were Home games,, both were with a Very talented roster too (Palmer, Ocho, Willie, Jones, etc.) Seriously, how many organizations would stick with a coach if he went 0-4 or even 0-3 postseason? I would think not many. If Marvin gets to 0-7 (which is VERY likely), they have to make a change. Wouldn't they? ^^as for the "Bully" comment,, I don't get that one either. All 3 AFCN teams strongly compete with each other each season. No "Bullies" here (unless you want to say that Pitt,Balt,Cin bully up on the Browns lol!
  19. AFCN is the most competitive division in football IMO. There is no bully. There are 3 teams that trade punches with each other. AFCN Titles: 2015 Bengals 2014 Steelers 2013 Bengals 2012 Ravens 2011 Ravens 2010 Steelers 2009 Bengals Looks like a "slobberknocker" division to me, where each team contends for titles just about each year (injury-riddled seasons aside,, that's just bad luck). Also, each team seems to struggle with matchups that other division teams don't. I'm not sure "struggle" is the right term, but you get my drift. Steelers struggle with Ravens Bengals struggle with Steelers Ravens struggle with Bengals Maybe it's just due to matchups as another couple posters mentioned? Idk. Of course, then there's the Browns, lol. Maybe someday they'll legitimately become competitive again and really make this division something to see. No real bullies in this division IMO,, just tough competition.
  20. That's really good news for you guys. Steve Smith is one of my favorite football players of the last decade-plus. He has a fire and intensity that easily shows whenever you watch him. I'm glad he's giving it another "go-around". It was tough to think a player like that would go out his final year with a terrible injury while most of his team got hammered by injuries causing a real disappointing season. Now he gets another chance to finish with a really good year on a team that has a real shot to win a championship if the roster stays healthy. Good for him!
  21. Haha,, I won't even go over there very often
  22. Looks like QB just didn't look it in (took his eyes off of it IMO)
  23. Was that Dalton or McCarron back there on that last play? Lol. Bungles. Oh well, helps shut the door on Pitt. Cmon Jets!
