Winners I think. As I don't think anyone else bid on them
Sorry man, the bid on Revis was invalid. His name was spelled wrong.

I saw they told him that but I thought the post I quoted came after his invalid bid so I assumed he cleared cap to cover and resubmitted his bid. Can someone in charge confirm or deny who is the highest bidder currently on Demps? It's much appreciated
Me too. I'd almost like to see a list of his valid current bids since the invalidation process was so confusing.

Logic will dictate he will just counter you with the 3 stars he bid anyway. No?
Actually, truth be told, I was not aware there was a previous bid on Revis when I initially posted a bid that I thought was an appropriate starting price. Once I was told my bid was invalid, I went back to check if that was true, and I discovered the typo. I responded instantly with the correction, which gives the other owner ample time to re-bid at the price he wants.

This is part of the problem. Teams try to hard to steal bargains then complain when they get beat in the final 5.
Offer what your prepared to pay early like I have, like bmorebird has, like allblackraven has.
Go bigger early instead on inching up.
This is a message to all participants. If your trying to nab good players for cheap money then get best at the end you really have no grounds to complain.
In my mind, given all the drama surrounding a 32 year old player who is clearly regressing with the passing of every season, a 0.5 star bid is appropriate to begin the bidding.

The player's name was spelled wrong in the previous bid, validating my bid, right?
