  1. Unless if the QB has like 10 seconds to throw...
  2. A fast tight end is unstoppable too because Linebackers can't cover anything that breaks to the sideline
  3. I bet they make pretty good burgers and fries
  4. Love the Wolfe, and Long picks. Wolfe is a fantastic DE. Probably the best young guy left on the board
  5. I feel like I'm agreeing with you a lot haha, but I love this pick. I was seriously split between him, Pouncey and Slay. I decided there was more interior D-Line depth than interior O-Line depth, and passed on him.
  6. Not sure about NT......At the best I could see him just in there to swallow some blocks to free up Short and Atkins to win one on one matchups. Instead I'd put Short at NT, with Atkins at the 3 and McPhee at the 5
  7. Smooth lol... Your defensive is shaping up to be pretty legendary. Looks to be the best run defense in the league, and if your division opponents don't invest in some serious O-Line help, quite possibly a very good pass defense due to a killer pass-rush.
  8. Your gf has good taste. I was wondering how long it would take for him to come off the board. Good versatile DE/OLB... Too bad he couldn't stay in Baltimore
  9. Because that username has tons of potential rhymes haha
  10. *passionately +1's this post*
  11. Me too. For his age, and after a supreme rookie year I'm not surprised to see him go this early
  12. Ayyyyy I see the draft flew by while I was gone lol. Shout out gracias to @ludy51 and @allblackraven for taking my board. Thanks to all for the Darius Slay love as well. Tough decision but with Ryan and Luck in my division, can't hurt to add a CB1 of the future coming off a stout '15 campaign. After a few lazy picks on my part by not researching injury history fully I've gotta hit money on these next few picks to make up for it.
  13. Somebody want my board?
  14. I understand my man. Yeah Osemele has that versatility to play Tackle though so that helps
  15. So far, I believe in the NFL for Pouncey 2013 was a wash, as was the '15 season. He's "injury-prone" to some respect, but there have been lots of O-Linemen who miss two years earlier and still maintain the same level of productivity. Especially a young guy like Pouncey (26). He's an elite OL, and I'd rather pick an O-Lineman now rather than wait til everybody I like is gone and I'm picking Joe McShmoe
  16. Nope indeed. It is indeed a gamble... But he's a tough player who I'm betting will bounce back because he's a young guy with an unbelievable work ethic
  17. Call me a loser, but Pouncey is truly one of my favorite OL in the league. He's strong, tough, and he anchors the team who shall not be named
  18. With the 95th pick in the 2016 DaF, Team Ramrod selects: Maurkice Pouncey, Anchor, University of Florida
  19. Yep. I definitely see the building blocks of a stout O-Line beginning to come together
  20. Chandler Jones = Arthur Jones= Arthur = Aardvark 90's kids will remember.....
  21. Agreed. And Brady, like him or not, is one of the greatest QBs of all time. I would dare make the argument that you will get more production from your QB in the next two years than anybody else in the league from their respective QBs, especially with getting him a LT like Thomas. If we're talking in MaddenSpeak, you've drafted a 98 QB, 99 LT, and a 97 DE. That's basically winning the first 3 rounds. Stellar job
  22. PFF agrees with this statement Great pick! He was my target at the end of the round. Amazing value. You have easily the best win-now team cornerstones in this hypothetical league.
  23. Sir, I believe the official urban dictionary 50 cent term is lurking
  24. And there goes the third Oakland player that was "going to go in the first round" haha. He actually went 4th behind Osemele. Surprising...
  25. Yeah I counted wrong. Counted 4 years in NFL because I included his last breakout year as well accidentally and two in college (because I haven't seen any film from any previous years). His years in college were good, but I think what took him three years to make the leap in the NFL was the huge difference in talent at the receiver position. And on the topic of Jimmy; I think he is indeed a candidate for making the Josh Norman leap, because for his own reasons (injuries) he's been held to being only an above-average CB1 with upside. I think it will only take an injury free season to vault him into the brotherhood of lockdown corner discussion (similar to Norman this year).
