  1. That's a very good set of bookends too. I think you're the only one in our division with OTs able to contain Justin Houston, Vonn Miller, and Jerry Hughes (all in our division)
  2. Great picks in Bulaga and Newton. Both guys I had on my radar... I also like Thomas Rawls, but I'm not sure he's in the top 5 of all backs in the league.
  3. Shout out thank you to whoever has been keeping the spreadsheet up to date! I'm usually unable to update my roster due to usually being on iPad or iPhone, and I appreciate it.
  4. Good pick in Warford. I had forgotten about him
  5. With the 354th pick, Team Ramrod selects... Steve Smith Sr., WR
  6. With the 351st pick, Team Ramrod selects... Mychal Kendricks, ILB
  7. Damn. That's a solid roster. In the hands of Belichick that roster is a deadly weapon. You've chosen his pet players, as well as some of the most talented players at their positions around the league. Very balanced and talented team you've sculpted, my man.
  8. Fantastic pick. He's one of three LBs I considered last round with Burfict being another. He's not an enforcer like Burfict but his strengths in athleticism and run defense are through the roof. His coverage was pretty good in 2014 as well. Not sure what scheme you're running but he's the perfect fit in a 4-3
  9. You know you may spend too much time on these boards when your phone autocorrects two letter words to football positional abbreviations
  10. Who in the name of Eric Weddles beard is Aaron Colvin?
  11. Completely agree with this sentiment. He hasn't showed anything in his short career to prove he is "transcendent". I mean I don't think it's a bad pick if it errs on the side of, "It's a guy I like and want to see develop". But if it's a pick where he's expected to be a star then that might be a little bit of a stretch.
  12. Sorry for the delay my dudes, had to figure out who to kiss goodbye, and I chose to select Orlando Scandrick. Great CB coming off of injury, and at the least I get a capable CB2 and mentor to Darius Slay to solidify my secondary. CB1: Darius Slay FS: Eric Weddle SS: Calvin Pryor CB2: Orlando Scandrick
  13. With the 290th pick, Team Ramrod selects... Orlando Scandrick, CB
  14. @Tru11 is on the clock Thank you! Good to hear he wouldn't have lasted... Very good comparison! I completely agree with this, and he's not widely known around the league because of it.
  15. That's good to hear! He's seemingly flown under the radar but I didn't want to tempt fate and bet on him lasting two more rounds. And on his help in the pass rush, he's definitely got the power to be a two gap guy. He's more of a blocker vacuum than anything but I'm okay with that, because hopefully this will free up Justin Houston and Jerry Hughes to win their one-on-one matchups on the edge.
  16. Thank you my friend! He may not have gone soon, but like somebody pointed out last time I picked, you pick two guys you like when you're on one of the ends of these rounds. I like Dan Williams as an underrated interior run-stuffer, something my pass-oriented defense has been crying out for after I missed out on Snacks.
  17. +1 for the most accurate picture yet... Can't wait to see him on the field though!
  18. With the 287th pick in the 2016 DaF, Team Ramrod would like to extend a Happy Birthday to: Dan Williams, NT (29) ......and yeah I guess we'll select him too.
  19. Yeah this years draft has been a lot different from last. The devaluation of QBs has been rough if you took a QB in the first. But if you doubled up on defense in 1 and 2 you still ended up with a pretty good QB
  20. He's actually officially listed at 6'1 but still a very lengthy corner. He is very athletic as you said. He was abysmal up until last year when it seemed he turned a corner. He was one of my targets at the end of this round.... I traded for him in the forum mock as well because I agree with your assessment that he will only get better this year.
  21. That totally sucks. Amersons the man, as you and I had discussed in the forum mock. Good pick though@BOLDnPurPnBlacK
  22. It's quicker to autoskip and move on anyways
  23. Yeah I thought he was younger too. When I was making my board I was surprised at his age. Maybe because he's only been in the limelight the last three years
  24. The dude is 30. He's basically the definition of a seasoned veteran wideout.
  25. In case you missed it, Derrick Johnson just came off the board with a corrected makeup pick.
