He's a prototype press man corner. I think having Carr, Humphrey, and Jimmy on the outside will shape the defense to be very aggressive.

I can't see them passing on Williams considering he brings such a different dynamic and is exactly the type of receiver Joe flourishes with. Massive catch radius, 50/50 balls, back shoulder fades. What's not to like?

The big issue is really only Williams and Davis would do it for me personally and I think the FO views it that way too and expects neither to be there.
