  1. Thank you, had me worried for a second
  2. I voted for cap relief upon signing him. That's a huge risk that no team should undertake without proper compensation
  3. 99% sure the Broncos got Stevie Brown
  4. He's like Boldin in the sense that he could play inside and out, but is best for the slot. I thought he operated much better out of the slot since he has trouble tracking the ball over his shoulder, can't really do back shoulder fades, and sometimes had trouble with body control. I'm not opposed to getting a shifty slot receiver if they can just get open, but I'd look for that outside presence first.
  5. That's awesome. Perfect touchdown celebration
  6. Marlon is a slot receiver, so the Ravens would be signing for depth there when they need an outside receiver much more
  7. Did Marlon Brown fall off the face of the Earth?
  8. I guess they're looking for the receiver role as well
  9. And I know he doesn't get recognition because fans keep clamoring for Jairus Byrd and no mention of the more reasonable Clemons. Plus, hasn't Byrd struggled with that foot injury for some time?
  10. They're probably thinking Byrd, then, which would obviously put him out of Baltimore's range. Clemons could probably be had for fairly cheap, too. He just does not get nearly the recognition he deserves.
  11. Chris D. Clemons isn't a flashy playmaker, but he is extremely solid in coverage and a very underrated free safety. Given how much cap space Miami has, I'm not sure Baltimore could get him, but I'd hope they could at least make a run. More realistic than Jairus Byrd.I also would love to target Walter Thurmond III. I feel he flies under the radar a lot because he plays for a great secondary in Seattle, but he's an underrated cornerback for sure.
  12. I like James Jones a lot. He's not going to be a great number one or two receiver ever, but he's a very hard worker, high character guy who could come in and help mentor the younger players. Fairly decent possession receiver. I'd imagine he also wouldn't be terribly expensive. It's not the splash I'd want (Hakeem Nicks), but it would be a very Ozzie like move minus him being an UFA.
  13. When I saw that I was like, "Thurmond is not mine"
  14. You don't realize it, but I am glaring at you over Walter Thurmond III
  15. Nah, he's a good cornerback and the rest of the defense is strong.
  16. He's a safety I've always liked a lot. If fully healthy, he'd be a great veteran presence.
  17. I like my team a lot before the draft. I don't have any high picks, so I'll be drafting for depth, but if I had a team that stayed healthy and was fully healthy for the entire season, I feel like I'd contend.
  18. Trying to be a mini-Seattle?
  19. Damn, Adrian Wilson for .5 stars? I know he's old and all, but...
  20. Why did you go for Talib over DRC?
  21. Well, either way, my bad
  22. That was my bad on misunderstanding the rule. I wanted to see a bidding war ensue because that kid is a beast.
  23. Miami Hurricane is right. it doesn't sound like he got a chance to bid. He lead before the final five. My understanding, Berad, was you had to have the highest before the final five and you could bid.
  24. I had misunderstood what had happened with the linebackers Also, different situation
  25. The only reason I went after him is because Walter Thurmond III bid got to high. I was surprised to see how much change people had to spend. Dang.
